A poor facsimile of past wonderful products. Samsung has turned their television into a slow confused computer. Channel changing is delayed. So are the people who thought this was a good product. I guess I will get a life instead.

I'm quite happy with my 65”!! It's wall mounted & I'm still learning all the features & prompts from a much younger person than me! I might eventually figure it out👍
