[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for my bedroom because I spend a lot of time laid up with health issues. When we moved States, my TV was the 2nd most protected item after the 80 inch Samsung TV. I have owned my TV for at least 5 years and you wouldn't know it because it still functions just like the day we brought it home. I tell everyone to purchase Samsung for every product but especially TVs because they are the very best and will live well past any other brand. The features and ways I can customize the TV for my viewing pleasure are numerous and I've found as I age, I have to adjust more often and it's like the TV is intuitive and goes to exactly what I need. I would shout from the rooftops about my love for Samsung if I didn't live in a 2 story town.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this tv as a replacement offer for a broken q80b it had the app I wanted and the faster processor and 120hz 4k but lacked the deep tones of the q80b's built in subwoofers aka there are none in this model guys sorry to disappoint you also instead of the 2.2.2ch Dolby atmos sound of the q80b they downgraded to a 4 channel mts12 run sound... I was incredibly disappointed with these changes as some of these are why I bought the q80 model to begin with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 of your TV's, my treasure is the 8k. Anyways, I chose to review this item for the stand and delay in response. I buy more TV's than anyone should. I ended up giving this model to my grandmother, since it was the least favorite of my 3 in my living room with the addition of my massive 8k. Anyways, the remote response time I will give a 3.8, then when the remote goes to sleep and have to hit multiple times. That's pretty low priority. Point!- all of my tvs are mounted, though my other stands are beefy, this one was less than ideal and ended up buying a new mount for her. Love the XBOX cloud, though maybe research how to allow someone like me to beef up the ramm or overclock the processor etc. You could create a whole new market. I am ecstatic about the direction, it will come with its challenges but stay with it. Perhaps looking into the ramm installed and the build upon people expanding it to their needs, the processors to their needs. Very happy, and I have you fold 4 now, I would love this gift, the beauty of it is you get it right back when you bribe me to go scratch this itch for another 8k. 😀

So far we really like the TV but having a heck of a time finding a manual or instructions on how to use its features. On line instruction is very vague. Last time I checked with Samsung user manual, it "was under construction" Why not a paper manual that I can follow. Have you given up on Keeping it simple?

I've had the tv for three months now and it is excellent in every regard. The compatibility with all streaming and tv services is outstanding and the Samsung channel is a bonus. It took mere minutes to set up and even incudes a voice activated selection capability.

Over the last 4 decades, I have bought tvs than I can remember. I know I have bought them from every major manufacturer. I can say without question, that in general Samsung has been the best and, specifically, my newest Samsung is far and away number one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When compared to my old TV, a mid range LG from about 2015, turing on Game Mode and playing with a 120hz refresh rate, it was although I had never seen the games played before. At the time, and at that price point, there was no better TV (monitor) on the market. I'm STILL set for a few more years until I upgrade to my next Samsung in the same lineup. I absolutely love this model.
