The Gazebo 12x16 was of excellent quality and easy to install awesome product.

Took way longer than 2.5 hours. All day assembly. Also missing a few roof support brackets that were on back order for 4 weeks

Great quality, easy to assemble, comes with zipper screens, well made. My husband was able to assemble 90% by himself. We are really happy with the size, quality and look. We shopped around a lot before making this purchase.

Good craftsmanship on manufacturing. Easy to build. Good price for the size.

It arrived slightly damaged (columns were scuffed and there wasn't any touch-up paint) and some of the fittings the welds popped on them causing the bolts not to tighten.

Just got this delivered and put up this week April,2023. My niece and her husband and brother came and started about 9am and had it up by 3pm. Directions were easy to follow and parts were clearly labeled. I know we are going to love it this summer.

I've built a lot of things from Sam's Club but this Gazebo was the most impressive thing I've purchased from there and put it together. Easy. Detailed instructions on the Bilt App. Every part was there and the spare parts are even listed too!! The engineering on the item is perfect and the assembly was so easy with just two people. It took us 6 hours but most of that was talking about how easy it was going!! LOL. Sturdy, heavy and nicely coated. You can't go wrong on this Members Mark Gazebo.

Purchased this to replace my damaged Tiki Top. It was assembled on a patio deck, weighs just over 500 lbs. The time to assemble was less than 6 hours. Most of that was by myself. It is raining now and the seams are dripping right in the walk path.

So easy to put together
