The unit shipped in two easy to manage (but heavy) boxes. The assembly instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow. This unit's assembly instructions are also in the BILT app in an extremely helpful 3D animation which also includes audio. The completed unit is sturdy, looks good, and works as advertised.

After 4 wind blown umbrellas we landed on this awning to cover our 16x20 deck. Professional local handyman constructed it by himself in about 6.5 hours. Center hook holds up to 50 pounds so suggest hanging a fan as heat tends to hover at the roof. Delivered with no damage but both boxes are very heavy so have delivered close to set up location. Secure awning to ground, cement of deck using the built in holes at bottom of legs - we had a sever storm with hurricane force winds what moved the awning 4 feet. But it suffered no damage. We moved it back with two people shifting it slowly at each end and secured it to deck. Finally we can use enjoy our deck on hot sunny days and even in the rain. We love it!!

Great addition to the yard. Was very easy to assemble with the app with step by step visual. Heavy on the packaging so would suggest to have space for when delivery. Would recommend if want to save on having one done and not worrying about terminates.

This looks amazing! The gazebo arrived in great condition and took my husband a few days to put together. Really happy with the look of the gazebo, not cheaply constructed or flimsy. Love that it has the netted walls. We were most concerned since we live in the country with the birds nesting in the gazebo but we were extremely happy that there is really no great spot for them to create a nest or even roost in the roof area. Really happy with everything about this gazebo! The size was perfect for our existing cement pad!

Seems like a bargain compared to wooden structures along the same price point. This one is all wood look aluminum. Bilt instruction had this together in about 3 hours with a friend and a 6’ ladder. Very sturdy once assembled and anchored to the foundation. I’m sure it will be around a long time.

THIS LOOKS GREAT
