[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gum is soft from the start! The three flavors are refreshing and tastes good. The Polar Ice flavor reminds me of wintergreen. The flavor lasts as long as I need it (I can not chew gum for long lengths due to TMJ). This gum is satisfying as my mouth feels clean and breath refreshed when finished, which is why I chew gum.

Each box consists of 15 sticks, a total of 300 sticks. 7 packs of Polar Ice, 7 packs of Spearmint and 6 packs of Peppermint. It massages your gum and keep blood flow to the brain normally. As your jaw muscles work it reduces sugar level to normal and surrounding muscles works as well. Thus you can relax and sleep well. The ICE kinda kills my appetite, so works well for dieting. My only issue is, I wish they replace Acefluromine sugar with xylitol, which is great for you teeth. Great value with 20 packs.

I also love the fact the outer box is like a little case in itself. It fits great into purse, not thick and bulky, and no open ended wrappers when I reach in for one!
