I have been using your Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion for Very Dry Skin for a few years and loved it. Recently I ordered a bottle and not only has the color of the bottle changed, so has the formula. I compared the ingredients on the two different colored bottles and they are exactly the same but you don’t note the percentages of each ingredient and so I guess that’s where the difference lies. I felt the difference the first time I tried it. It makes my skin feel dry. Not buying it anymore.

This lotion is gentle and does moisturize, but my skin is very dry and I prefer a creams from Cetaphil or Cerave. Whenever I used this lotion alone, I found I had to follow up with Vaseline or she's butter. If your skin is normal or not too dry perhaps this will work for you.

We use this every morning in the process of getting our little man up and ready for the day. He loves lotion time he loves everything about it. The packaging is quick and easy for me to handle when he's trying to grab anything and everything out of my hands, he has not broken out to it at all. He loves it 

I bought this as I was looking for an oil-free moisturiser that would be hydrating enough for my skin (quite sensitive to dryness) while not being greasy and slippery during pole fitness. Even as a last minute panic purchase, the price was reasonable for the size. It was a bit hit-or-miss in terms of slip issues - on some days, it was AMAZING for grip in my pole classes, but I learned that you really shouldn't use it on a super hot and humid summer day. At least make sure you shower and use it at night for a midday class, or in the morning for an evening class. I'll be retrying it for pole classes in the winter as it is a bit richer than my current go-to. However, I quickly discovered that it also works amazingly as a non-scented hand cream! I had to buy a relative who struggles with excessive hand-washing a bottle of this because it is a convenient way to soothe your hands from the harshness of hard water. They have sensitive skin and this cream caused zero itchiness or irritation! It is also great if you do work with your hands as there is no perfume to it unlike most luxury-focused hand creams. So, once absorbed, you can continue without the worry of getting scents on things! I believe it's also more cost effective than a tube of aveeno hand cream + the pump makes it gentle to use for people with grip issues. This moisturiser is certainly one worth repurchasing :)

I have VERY exacting standards for lotion. It must not feel greasy whatsoever. It must moisturize and heal my eczema. It must allow me to dress soon afterward. I've used Necessaire, Aesop, skincare products as body lotion, Josie Maran, Drunk Elephant, Farmacy, Laura Mercier, etc. None of them work as well as this. When I want to have a little fragrance, I mix with some essential oils or another scented lotion but Aveeno is a staple to me now. It even keeps me soft when I visit Denver, which is super dry.

I really like this lotion, but the pump is flawed in that there is a lot of lotion left at the bottom that the pump can't get out, so we basically scrape it out for a few weeks to use it up. I would prefer a simpler lid so we can get all of the lotion out of the container easily. Also, we are trying to stop using single use plastics, so actively looking for an alternative. but if Aveeno could come up with a more sustainable container, that would be great!

I've been using Aveeno products for 39 years. Used it on my kids, myself, grandkids, then my husband. I have never been disappointed on how all the products work. The only problem I noticed lately is the pump does not get to the bottom of the lotion bottle. There is at least 1 inch left. We end up removing the pump and shaking the bottle until we get the rest of the lotion. I'm thinking, why have a pump if you cannot get to the bottom? Can you resolve this problem in the immediate future?
