Sams club needs to rework their return process

I got a shattered tv & requested return same day. Unfortunately tv was sold out so I had to buy a more expensive one. After 8 calls & several emails I finally got my refund after 21 days. Lots of ppl saying they did things to expedite but didn't.

Great value for the money

You can tell the difference between older tv shows and movies and newer ones on this tv. For example, Godzilla Kong is crisp and bright. There are multiple different sound options on this tv, for instance: virtual surround, standard, music, dialogue, theatre and big bass, high treble and it does make a difference with the sound. It is definitely an upgrade from our previous 50 inch tv. This TV also works with our older Insignia soundbar which is an added bonus. Highly recommend for the price.

We purchased this 65" TV during the Black Friday sale so the price was phenomenal. It was purchased to go in our gazebo next spring so we set it up in our dining room to try it out. After going through the contrast, brightness and other setting adjustments, we had a beautiful clear picture. My husband had never had a ROKU device and was impressed with all the streaming options. We have placed it back in it's box for the winter so I cannot attest to longevity. At this point we are very satisfied with our purchase.
