Received the product in great shape. Inside unit is well-protected by styrofoams. The frameless design makes the TV appears smaller but liked it.overall.

Very disappointed in this TV. Backgrounds, particularly dark, get pixilated or almost appear smudged very often. With the reviews and being a 4K QLED I expected a better picture than my 5 year old LG, but that was not the case. Phillips customer service was of very little help. They would not answer what the warranty process would look like and he ended out chat while I was still typing. Only positive I really have is the Roku interface is great, much better than the LG.

This is my second Phillips tv and I'm not sure I will buy another. I was expecting a better picture experience and was let down. Cartoons are very good as well as still pictures but I feel the need to try all the different picture modes to get 50% of HD content clearer having tried on DVD player, antenna and streaming on 1gig internet. I have a TLC 54 Roku tv that gives a better picture overall. The rest of the features are good.

It's exactly 3 years old. Now there is a 4 inch wide gray vertical stripe down the left side on the screen. It shuts down without warning, usually when my team is just about to score. It disconnects from wifi without warning and WILL NOT RECONNECT unless you unplug the TV. TRULY DISAPPOINTED
