Birdfy Standard Smart Bird Feeder

I bought this for my dad to enjoy for Christmas.  There was a $50 off coupon around Black Friday.  He unboxed it and found out that the camera is not functional so it had to be returned.  Now of course it is $50 more.

Disappointed with the product and with Sams Club

We tried multiple times properly set up bird camera to work.  It may work for a day, then needs to reconnect.  We have to go outside and reset in order to reconnect.  I have contacted Birdfy, they try to help, but the problem reoccurs.  I am going to replace this model with another brand because I love t watch the birds!

When it is connected to device, it is fun

Love my new Birdfy. The pictures are clear of the birds. So much fun to see which birds visit.
