Purchased this bird feeder on a Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday!! Love the Birdfy smart feeders. This one is great quality and easy to set-up - from connecting to the app, to assembly and installation. Birdfy includes a variety of attachments to accommodate your preferred installation method. It also includes lifetime AI which is super helpful in identifying bird species that visit each day and the solar panel makes it so convenient - no need to take the camera inside to charge the battery. Given the number of birds that have visited each day, they seem to love it too!

I have been a lifelong birder but this feeder upped my interest and enjoyment of birding. I've had the product for 4 months and it works flawlessly. The images of the birds are very clear and the solar panel is all the energy the product needs. It has even filmed deer in the middle of night eating out of the feeder. You won't be disappointed.

We tried multiple times properly set up bird camera to work. It may work for a day, then needs to reconnect. We have to go outside and reset in order to reconnect. I have contacted Birdfy, they try to help, but the problem reoccurs. I am going to replace this model with another brand because I love t watch the birds!

Absolutely love having the Birdfy Smart Feeder! It is so cool to be able to watch the birds upclose at the feeder. Especially with the AI feature identifying the birds automatically!

I have this and it's so cool, I love to learn what birds have visited my yard. Everything from cardinals, bluejays, painted bunting, woodpeckers, owls, squirls, humming birds, mocking birds, i have even had a raccon.

My husband and I have wanted one of these for a long time. I was so excited to find this great deal at Sam's. I just knew it would make the best Christmas gift, and I believe it would have-IF THEY ACTUALLY SHIPPED IT! I ordered it over a week ago and it still says “preparing.” At this rate I seriously doubt that I will ever receive it, and it's highly doubtful that it will arrive before Christmas. I am incredibly disappointed, and shame on Sam's Club for taking my money and not shipping. Customer service only apologized and said they are behind because of the holidays. Some delay is understandable, but a week?!?!

Excellent bird feeder for the money

I bought this for my dad to enjoy for Christmas. There was a $50 off coupon around Black Friday. He unboxed it and found out that the camera is not functional so it had to be returned. Now of course it is $50 more.
