Bought an awesome set of 4 tires from Jimmys Tire and Lube in Clay City this month on a recommendation from a guy named Wesley. He knew his stuff; and they are great tires! Ride is super confortable and really quiet, and they seem to hug the road and don't roll in a turn. I fully expect a long ride from these babies and I will buy them again! I learned how good Firestone tires are when I bought a used Honda Ridgeline. After driving several Ridgelines this one had the smoothest, quietest ride of them all. I was surprised to see that all four of the tires on it were Firestones. So for my Ford Ranger, of course I bought four Firestone Destination tires. I am not surprised that the truck rides smoother and quieter than it did with its previous tires. I usually want to put Michelins on my vehicles. But now I have a new favorite tire brand. And with a 70,000 mile warrantee, I am convinced that these Firestone Tires are the best tires you can buy. I think Firestone Tires are the most underrated tire brand on the market. My father was true car guy. He was an aircraft mechanic in the Navy during World War Two. He taught me a lot about cars. Way back in the nineteen sixties and seventies he always relied on Firestones tires for his cars. And now, long after he passed, I am still learning from him. Thanks Dad, and Thank you, Firestone.

I have been a fan of the Destination Tire for years now due to its smooth ride, durability, comfort control, and overall safety, recently had this tire put on my daughters car also because it is time tested by me and I know its valuable quality and safety.

Well the tires are great! I did a lot of research. However, very disappointed in the morons that installed them. A couple of weeks after installation I noticed a strange feeling in the drive. I stopped at a different Firestone, closer to work, and they discovered some serious issues with the install. First, one of the wheels was almost ready to fly off as 3 of the 5 bolts that hold the wheel on were so loose they were doing nothing. Secondly, they removed all the tires and check the balance. 3 of the 4 tires were 1.5 oz out of balance. That is major! This Firestone place repaired everything, rebalanced the tires and sent me on my way with no charge. So, one bad Firestone experience was replaced by a good Firestone experience.

I purchased my 2004 Chevy Avalanche 8 years ago used. The previous owner had installed Firestone Destinations on the truck a year prior to selling it. The vehicle sits outside so I fully expected the tires to rot off the rims with loads of tread left because I don't really drive it that hard. To my amazement the tires were still would have just passed state inspection. The only reasons I replaced them is they were a little hard being 9 years old and my mechanic was concerned the traction in the snow would be sketchy. Awesome tires. Very pleased.

So for reference I have awd but it snowed 12 inches overnight and many people were having a issues getting moving or turning and others having to abandon the vehicle where it sat in the snow but I had no issues (I did however use caution during stops and didn't have an opportunity to try and see how they handle abs kicking in but I'll update this when I do) also cannot tell if I've driven on ice as it doesn't kick out often so proceed with caution there

Just replaced my 35K+ Hancook factory issued tires {that were on the cusp} with 4 new Firestone Destination LE3s, and immediately could tell the difference in ride comfort & road noise. I'll be enjoying these for years to come, and driving in NC Spring rains and Winter snows in the Mountains just got a lot less stressful. Thank you for the peace of mind, Firestone......

These are the best tires I have owned and I could not recommend them any more highly. I have a 2014 Subaru Forester that is about 50/50 city/highway driving. It rarely is on gravel and never off-road and never at the track (or driven like it is at the track.) Nearly all the miles are on dry pavement with occasional rain and very rare snow. All of the previous tires we have had on the Forester were much noisier - including Champion Fuel Fighter and FS All Season. We noticed how much less noise there was on the highway immediately. At 75-80 mph, there used to be so much noise that it wasn't comfortable to carry on a conversation - now it is fine. We have 15,000 miles on this set and it looks like they are going to wear *much* better than the previous tires - we still have over 8/32nds tread (starting at 10/32nds) meaning we are only a quarter of the way to 2/32nds (when they have to be replaced.) When I was shopping, the Destination LE3 kept coming up on the short lists (5-8 brands/offerings - LE3 being the only FS entry in the list) of the best tires for my car. Most of the others were quite a bit more expensive. The LE3s are the most expensive that FS offers for my car, but that is still only 50% more than Firestone's least expensive (and with how well they are wearing, they may actually cost less per mile to own.) I'm very happy and confident with their performance. I have a lifetime alignment at FS and I've felt that FS has been generous with prorating remaining mileage on the old tires when I get a new set. So 5 stars across the board and I could not be happier with these tires.

I purchased the Destination LE3's for my BMW. The tires ride quiet and I have already noticed a 2 mpg increase. I recently drove through a series of heavy downpours and noticed no loss of traction or hydroplaning. I hope they last as long as they are rated. So far I am quiet satisfied.

I replaced my set of LE2's today with the LE3 model. My old set had 53K miles, but they were 10 years old, and I have a trip from TN to AZ this month. The old set had plenty of tread left, and have performed very well, dry, rain and some snow. I am sold on these tires and hope the LE3's perform as well as the old ones have. My Ranger is a 4 cylinder 2WD and I drive like an old man.
