I find my Jeep handles angerously on highway roads that are grooved, especially in winter. We have plenty in Michigan. The car wanders all over the lanes and really have to have 2 hands on the wheel at all times. Have had car checked at Jeep dealership for bad wheel bearing,tires balanced and rotated, and now they put two new tires on(as a goodwill gesture).. no difference in the drive. Firestone dealership could not test drive due to employee shortage. Unsatifactory response from 1-800 customer care/warrenty.Dangerous would not recommend, and definately will not buy Firestone again.

Well the tires are great! I did a lot of research. However, very disappointed in the morons that installed them. A couple of weeks after installation I noticed a strange feeling in the drive. I stopped at a different Firestone, closer to work, and they discovered some serious issues with the install. First, one of the wheels was almost ready to fly off as 3 of the 5 bolts that hold the wheel on were so loose they were doing nothing. Secondly, they removed all the tires and check the balance. 3 of the 4 tires were 1.5 oz out of balance. That is major! This Firestone place repaired everything, rebalanced the tires and sent me on my way with no charge. So, one bad Firestone experience was replaced by a good Firestone experience.

I was very unsatisfied with the service that I received at Firestone Store# 015547 last week when I bought 4 new tires. I requested that they use my spare wheel in place of one of the 4 wheels on the car becaue one was badly pitted. I asked them to use this badly pitted wheel as the spare. They indicated on the work order that this was my request and they said they would do it. THEY DID NOT! When I got home and realized that they did not pay any attention to my request, I called the store and was told that the technician, 13 Matthew, was out on break and that they would call me back when he returned. THEY DID NOT! I will not return to this Firestone Store# 015547 again!

Bought this set at about 40,000 miles to replace the brand that was OEC on my 2020 Frontier. I've bought 4 sets of Destinations between my wife's Jeep Liberty and the 4 Nissan Frontier's I've bought new since 1998. The Destination 3's might just be my favorite replacement tires of all. Quality construction and road worthiness are what bring me back time and again to Firestone Destination. Never a hint of problem with my various purchases. Definitely recommended, will buy again as needed. Local dealer is extraordinary.

Went in to fix a flat and was told that I had to replace all 4 tires because the flat couldn't be fixed and they couldn't put a different tire on my car than the others. I asked for a less expensive tire but they only had 3 in stock. It was 5pm and they were closing at 7pm. I spent $1100 to fix a flat. STAY AWAY FROM FIRESTONE IN DANVERS MASS IF YOU'RE A WOMAN ALONE.

I PUT MY SET OF NEW TIRES AT 55,000 MILES. I DID NOT EXPECT THE TIRES TO LAST AS LONG AS THEY DID. I RAN HANKOOKS ON THIS VEHICLE BUT THEY LAST 20,000 MILES AND THEY HAD TO BE REPLACED WITH THESE. IVE USED MICHELIN, GOODYEAR AND PIRELI BEFORE. I HAVE SURPRISE THAT THESE ARE A GREAT ALTERNATE TO THOSE COMPANY AND THE PRODUCT IS SOLID AND WORKS GREAT. THE RIDE IS SMOOTH AND QUIET, LOW TO NO ROAD NOISE UNTIL ABOUT 125,000-130,000 MILES. THEY HANDLE GREAT IN SNOW AND IN ICE. THESE ARE REASONS WHY I WILL STAY WITH THESE TIRES AND CONTINUE TO MOVE FORWARD. THEY DID JUMP UP IN PRICE FROM WHAT I INITIALLY PAID FOR THE OTHER SET. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CONTINUE WITH WHAT IS WORKING FOR ME.

These are the best tires I have had on my vehicle. They give you the best ride & traction you could ask for in wet & dry conditions. You get a smooth & very quite ride. They also give traction in situations where OTHER DRIVERS CANNOT SEEM TO STAY IN THEIR LANE OR KEEP EYES ON THE ROAD ( texting, rubber necking, videoing ). Not paying attention to driving . I could not as for a better tire to have on my vehicle.

I've been driving over 2.5 hours a day round trip through all of my 37 year career. I've tried many brands but I always keep coming back to Firestone. I'm able to get over 60,000 miles and they handle the snow very well. Far better than any other brand I've used.

I purchased these tires as my OEM tires on this vehicle needed to be replaced after only 22,000 miles - disappointing. At the same time these new tires from Firestone changed the ride dramatically - much smoother and quieter so to this point I'm very satisfied. Hoping they wear well and provide good winter traction.

I learned how good Firestone tires are when I bought a used Honda Ridgeline. After driving several Ridgelines this one had the smoothest, quietest ride of them all. I was surprised to see that all four of the tires on it were Firestones. So for my Ford Ranger, of course I bought four Firestone Destination tires. I am not surprised that the truck rides smoother and quieter than it did with its previous tires. I usually want to put Michelins on my vehicles. But now I have a new favorite tire brand. And with a 70,000 mile warrantee, I am convinced that these Firestone Tires are the best tires you can buy. I think Firestone Tires are the most underrated tire brand on the market. My father was true car guy. He was an aircraft mechanic in the Navy during World War Two. He taught me a lot about cars. Way back in the nineteen sixties and seventies he always relied on Firestones tires for his cars. And now, long after he passed, I am still learning from him. Thanks Dad, and Thank you, Firestone.
