I've been driving over 2.5 hours a day round trip through all of my 37 year career. I've tried many brands but I always keep coming back to Firestone. I'm able to get over 60,000 miles and they handle the snow very well. Far better than any other brand I've used.

Assumed I was purchasing the newer LE3, but not a problem since I was satisfied with the original LE2's, which gave 52K miles of quiet, even wear. If I hadn't replaced a little early, I probably could have gotten 60K miles. Just double check when purchasing to receive the improved 70K mile LE3.

While I just got the tires on my truck today, I am impressed with the ride. I took off the Destination LE2 tires and installed the Destination LE3 tires. Right away I noticed, and my wife noticed also, the difference in the ride. It was almost as good as our Malibu. And, there was no noise. I count this as a WIN! I am happy with my purchase. Yes, I know I gave 5 stars for durability, traction, and value, and I just bought the tires, but I am so impressed with the tires that I'm looking into my crystal ball and seeing good things.

I purchased these tires as my OEM tires on this vehicle needed to be replaced after only 22,000 miles - disappointing. At the same time these new tires from Firestone changed the ride dramatically - much smoother and quieter so to this point I'm very satisfied. Hoping they wear well and provide good winter traction.

These tires are great for on highway use dry and wet conditions. Snow conditions not well, difficulty steering in corners and requires 4 wheel drive often. Off highway (gravel road) performance not well - easily punctured. Have had to repair tires 3 times in 15k miles use. Originally we purchased these when we lived in the city, however moved to rural home later. These tires are better suited for in town driving where they excel, very quiet and comfortable ride. But if you enjoy the occasional drive on gravel or mud, these will be ok. If you live on gravel or use off road heavily, these are not for you. We would have purchased tires better fit for our area, like the Destination MT or XT series, which we have on a truck. No issues with the MTs.

These tires are much improved from the Destination LE2. If your a fan of Firestone tires and are looking for a great tire, these are them. Quiet on the highway, great tread for when driving in wet conditions as well as on dry and in those hot summers in Texas.

I purchased these tires at Miller's Pit Stop in Richmond,Kentucky. I had a set of Firestone tires several years ago and when I got these I didn't really know what to expect from them. But I have been very pleased with them, I get good mileage and the traction is great and I get a good comfortable ride. I would highly recommend this tire.

Just replaced my 35K+ Hancook factory issued tires {that were on the cusp} with 4 new Firestone Destination LE3s, and immediately could tell the difference in ride comfort & road noise. I'll be enjoying these for years to come, and driving in NC Spring rains and Winter snows in the Mountains just got a lot less stressful. Thank you for the peace of mind, Firestone......

Bought an awesome set of 4 tires from Jimmys Tire and Lube in Clay City this month on a recommendation from a guy named Wesley. He knew his stuff; and they are great tires! Ride is super confortable and really quiet, and they seem to hug the road and don't roll in a turn. I fully expect a long ride from these babies and I will buy them again! I replaced original GMC tires that had a great ride around town and on the highway. And I got 23mpg when I kept speed at 70. But If the road was older or broken the ride was terrible and noise outrageous. Because we travel, I needed to correct this. The new Firestones are quiet everywhere, but have changed our ride. We feel the road much more. Although quiet we feel any imperfections. We had our tire shop balance them at 200 miles. That helped but our overall ride around town isn't as smooth as it was. I'm wondering if I should have gotten a wider tire? The long highway drive this winter should be better.
