I upgraded from the generation 2 airpods after losing that set because they slipped out of the rubber case. The Gen 3 airpods feel a bit different in your ear and the case is wider so finding a case for them is a bit more difficult but I like that I can track the location of these. The sound and quality are great. Love them.

I love ‘em…I have a hearing loss ,but with these I can watch and hear tv no problem…even walk around. fit is great hardly feel them ,and no pressure in my ears after having them on an hour or two

Great update on the AirPods, definitely better sound quality than Airpods 2. However, fit could be an issue for some users as they're better suited to people with slightly bigger ears. Check your fit before you order them. Otherwise, great set of wireless earbuds from Apple.

The product helped big time with sound improvement and secure-ness so this con was addressed easily. - No ANC or Transparent mode (sucks to suck) Overall very happy with my purchase, and I use these every single day with 0 issues thus far.

The left ear is fine I can’t hear out of the right one. I’ve only had them for 3 months now I have to take them to a place to see what’s the problem

I purchased these the weekend before thanksgiving, and was given and estimated delivery for the Wednesday prior. I received a notification (around 12:00pm) saying it was to be delayed due to “not able to locate the recipient”. This was frustrating, but I accepted what it was, because I knew it was the holiday season. Though when I received my item, it had a new shipping label, but with the EXACT same information I provided before. Seemed like the shipping company did not want to do their job efficiently when they would still have plenty of time to celebrate the holiday. These are a gift, so I cannot review the item itself yet.

Sounds great when in your ears. Unfortunately these keep falling out even when I did the twist that they recommend. Also if you talk a lot or chew with these things it puts pressure and these seem to pop out. I returned them after a day. I have AirPods 2nd generation and those work better for my ears. I also say I have small ears!

I didn’t read reviews before purchasing, wish I had. If you care about quality some, these are truly not for you. Sound quality is mediocre at best. The spatial stereo needs a lot of improvement. Zero noise cancellation. Bass is awful. Case doesn’t hold a charge, even if you don’t use the headphones much. They do not sit securely in ear. Really disappointed in these. If they were $100, they’d be worth the price. As they are, I’d recommend buying refurbished for half the price. I’ve already ordered the newer version of my previous brand (Raycon/great quality) for myself for Christmas and am selling these. I only bought these 4 months ago and cannot wait to get rid of them. Pros: Works great with Apple devices, headphone tracking is great in the app (I left one in a friend’s car and my phone tracked it). Nothing about the actual product is worth the price. All perks are owed to how well these sync with Apple devices which will really suck not having but not worth keeping these simply for that.

When my daughter tried to connect the airpods to her phone, they already had another name saved to them. She also said there are usually stickers in the package but this didn't have the stickers. I'm afraid Sam's club shipped us a returned or used product while we paid for a new product.

i bought it for my son and it was box was perfectly sealed but he just opened today and we are mising the left side earbud, no way to return it now, this is the first time that something like that happen to me it looks like it was a factory mistake because everithing looks brand new
