Too good to turn down for the price!

My wife and I had chatted about upgrading from our "small" 50-inch TV, but when a little extra cash came our way and we saw the crazy low price of this 65-inch model, we decided it was too good to pass up. Setting it up was a breeze, especially since we'd already owned a Vizio TV and soundbar. Even though this is a lower-end regular LED model, the resolution is fantastic and watching the first round NFL playoff games on it was a treat! If you want the latest high-tech bells and whistles, keep looking, but if bigger and great value is what you want, this is a win.

Great picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the picture on this tv and most everything overall! We are a little surprised at the volume though. It's not very loud. I'm not sure if that's to get you to purchase the sound bar that is specifically made for the 4K's or what. Definatly not a deal breaker, just an observation.

Superb Television

New Vizio - our fifth over the years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2017 P65-E1 surrendered a few days ago. We were very pleased with this TV, but, everything has an end - although we have three other Vizios in the house that still work, each well past the ten year mark. We bought a new 75 inch 4K HD model. Took a while to get it going. Vizio has changed its interface considerably since the 2017 model. Once I understood the setup, it is a remarkably beautiful set, with clarity that far exceeds my expectations - and about a third the price of the P65. So far so good with our fifth Vizio television.

Somewhat disappointing

Purchased a 65 inch Vizio and while it works fine and the picture quality is OK, I am not able to download the Direct Stream app. All of my Samsung smart TVs allow the app, I have to "cast" from my phone to be able to watch my Direct TV Stream account. It is disappointing how these companies try to control everything.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy set up with a great picture. I was surprised to see remote had no volume control on it. I can speak into remote to change volume. When tv is connected to cable the volume can be controlled through that remote. Maybe soundbar will help with this.

Really Like this 75" Vizio TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this TV for my newly renovated office and it is excellent. Setup was simple and while I was at first a little concerned with the basic remote it is super easy to access anything you want. The simpler the better and this checks that box. The picture and sound are both excellent.

Holes for legs didn’t line up.

Took everything out of the box after removing my old tv and replacing that one in another room. After setting up the other tvs I had it was time to set up the new one. Unfortunately the legs for the new tv would only screw in about a quarter of an inch be case the holes for the screws weren’t lined up right . Instead of boxing the whole thing back up and returning it to the store I ended up using washers so the legs were a tight fit. Fit and finish was not good. The tv seems to be working fine however.

Great features and quality

I purchase it about a week ago to replace a old tv. I was very impressed with all the features it had and the quality that it was made compare to other brands. I specially like the smart tv feature that allow me to see a great variety of programs that I enjoy. Highly recommend anyone to buy one. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Happy with the TV, unhappy with the apps

We are very happy with our TV and it was easy to set up. We have multiple Vizios in our house. However, we would like to have the MLB app and are unable to get that. This is disappointing as this TV is in our living room and we are replacing a TV with a Roku that did have the MLB app.
