[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rowenta compact steam pro is actually a lot more than what I had bargained for. It is essentially a steam powered iron that fits on top of a dock and the dock station holds the water tank. Very impressed on how it looks and even more impressed with all of the features that it offers. This is more advanced than your typical iron and you will have to read the manual included. Although there is a lot to the instructions they are very easy to understand and simple to read. Already comes pretty much installed. The iron seems very heavy duty and does have a little weight to it. The docking station is lightweight and the unit as a whole is compact and easy to maneuver and move in any space you are in. Works perfectly, although, you will have to understand the technique that is needed to run this steam pro. It has two time More steam output so it allows for faster ironing. Steam station generates enough power and penetration for the fabric you need to use it on. There are 400 steam holes in the iron plates which allows for a nice steam distribution. The large and removable water tank holds up to 57 oz of water and irons for about an hour to an hour and a half without refilling. The hose that is attached seems to be a little lengthy in my opinion but it does allow some distance for you to roam. Has the traditional precision tip on the iron. Ready to use in 2 minutes so it allowed for a fast setup. Claims to be eco-friendly with a 25% energy saving mode. Anti-scratch iron plate and stability movement when placing the iron upright. It has a fabric dial near the iron handle which is a very cool highlight and allows you to choose the fabric setting which manipulates the temperature. Easy on off mode on the back of docking station. Although this looks intimidating it does a very nice job.

I had the old steam pro, it was so powerful, I could only get it again. The new model is horrible. The steam is not as powerful, the water does not get hot, and most of the steam is after I pick up the iron. Not sure what all the other reviews are all about, but if I would be able to return, I would. Not worth the expensive price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fallen in love with this product. It has cut my ironing time in half. I have to iron all of my husbands work clothes each week and it was always a dreaded task. I used this and it was such a blessing. I like that the iron locks onto the base so that it makes it easier to transport but I wish it could lock in place onto the iron, not just slide up. I have a small one so I could make sure she couldn't get it off. Having one iron that will allow you to steam and iron is so wonderful. The cord going from the iron to the base is heavy duty. What I love most about it is where the position of the steamer button is. It is on the underside of the handle so it makes it really easy to transition from ironing to steaming. It is small enough that it is easy to travel with and very compact.

It may be little, but it definitely gives the results as a bigger type steam machine. I iron some of our clothes, and this steam pro took out the wrinkles just by going over our clothes once. I love that you can also use it in a vertical way too, I washed my curtains up, and brought my Rowenta Compact Steam Pro out, and used it vertically to get the wrinkles out, it was done in such a short time! Easy to use, and easy to fill the water tank. I highly recommend
