Samsung Ecosystem is great

The advertising frustrates me every time I turn it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv hardware is fine but every time that I turn it on I am upset that I bought the tv. The OS plays an advertisement during the first approx. 10 seconds EVERY time I turn it on. The remote feels like a toy. and almost requires that it is connected to wifi to operate. I had to buy a real remote online to keep me from throwing the standard remote in the trash. I had 2 older Samsung flat screen tvs that were great but this one may be my last Samsung tv.

I would like to review a terrific tv by Samsung

Overall a good tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our tv mostly for streaming as we can't get cable. For the most part it works great. I don't like the fact when I turn it on it doesn't go to the last app I was on which is usually Roku. The sound could be a little better.

Great TV but

Picture quality great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only use this for tv shows on antenna and Samsung plus. The picture is great especially for special effects in movies. There are a few problems. The grid is slow to appear at times. The the show content is incorrect many times and the volume fluctuates when auto is off.

Jerritv, Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this: 1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off. 2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off. 3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope these tips help. I Could Never go back to HD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this T. V.! It was my first 4K I could never go back to HD. When there isn't a compatible version of something you wanna watch the difference is so dramatic It's pretty inconvenient and unfortunate when there isn't a 4K version.

Terrific TV

Connecting your tv with your phone through smart things is simple and user-friendly. Screen quality is very realistic and vivid. The apps that can be downloaded are plenty and the app library is constantly being upgraded.
