Great tires-bad at oil changes

Great tires that provide durability and value. Highly recommend tires. A hour and a half for an oil change is crazy bad and the service center says that is the average time require. Insane to even think this is acceptable. Great tires . Bad service!!!

So Far, So Good.

Very Pleased with the ride! I wanted a less aggressive AT tire with a quiet ride and these Destination AT/2 have delivered. Headed out to the farm land to test on dirt, wet grass, and gravel soon. I'm sure these will handle everything I need them too just fine. I like the look of the tires on my truck, the ride, and the very very low noise. Wife approved!!

Great Tires

These tires lasted 10K more than advertised. I drove them in all conditions and had grip in almost every situation (ice didn't fair great but most tires do not). Great in wet conditions and very good in the snow. The ride noise is good not great and they absorb bumps well. I didn't like them on my Jeep Grand Cherokee but love them on my truck. I hope this second set is as good as the first.

Second set of Destination A/T tires

Replaced a set of Goodyear Wrangler Adventure All Terrains that were completely worn out with only 26K miles on them (will never buy Goodyears, thankfully they were given to me as I would hate to waste my money on such a poorly made product) I had the "first generation" of Destination A/T tires on the same Tacoma a few years ago and they were AWESOME! They were rated for a 50K mile warranty and I put 73K miles on them with zero issues. I merely set the tire pressure to Toyota's recommended setting, rotated them every 10K miles, made sure to torque the lug nuts by hand to Toyota's spec, kept the vehicle properly aligned, and drove like I had some common sense. When they came out with the Destination A/T2 I knew I would more than likely buy them and while I haven't had them that long, so far so good. Hopefully they will give me as good service. The old 'Yota has 327,000 miles on it and these tires make it ride well. Great tires!!! Thanks Firestone!

Never before

I have never had a set of tires like these! I had 70K miles on them and had it not been for winter right around the corner, I know they would have made it another 5K +! My Jeep came from the factory with these tires, so why look for better? I don't think it exists!

Happily impressed

First time getting the FS Destination AT2s in the P245/60R18 size. I ended up getting a second set for my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz AWD because I was so impressed. Ive had multiple brands of ATs including Bridgestone, Falken, Toyo, and BFGs, and these Firestones are the first to get their advertised miles out of them. Mileage wise, these are the first AT tires I've owned that made it to 48K miles. I could have made it to the 55K mark but here in Montana you cannot ride on bald tires. Our weather is too unpredictable and inclement weather can hit at any time. I had 3 -4/32nd left on the set. When I first got these tires, I was able to do 75 mph+ in a Montana blizzard at -30F in 6in+ snow in perfect control. At the 3-4/32nd depth, you really take a hit on control/traction in rain and snow, and I was starting to hydroplane at 65-70mph for the first time. Street: great braking and control. Fairly quiet. Not H/T tire quiet, but significantly definately quieter than Falkens or Toyo ATs Resilience: they are pretty tough, the took a lot of hits while cruising to Yellowstone and Glacier National park and kept going. However, I did pick up a screw which resulted in a slow leak on one time. Fuel efficiency: Took maybe 0-1 mpg loss from all season/street tires. Negligible All Terrain capability: They do great in gravel, mud, and forest land. I did not get a chance to try it in sand. Never got stuck once. These tires consistently test well on YouTube and I can only confirm these are the best all around AT tires. If you are considering them, buy them, You can't go wrong. As soon as my 2024 4x4 Chevy Silverado RST OEM Territory ATs go dead, I will be getting a set of these for it as well.

My Forever AT Tire Now!!

Ive had these 275/60R20 Firestone Destination A/T2's for a couple weeks now. Have had heavy rain and tonight visiting family and they wanted to do some night off road. Man these things are FANTASTIC. QUIET, smooth, gained a couple mph on the 2hr trip. Great rain performance and much better than my prior 33x12.5 more expensive and aggressive tires from another brand. Tonight these things performed admirably off road with just a little more sink into very soft deep sand and some mud. They are noticeably narrower so I expected this. Even did a couple steep grades to upper trails and had zero slippage. Even stopping to get out on one grade to scout over the crest, it just picked right up and had no issue continuing. I'm impressed and have confidence in longevity because all of the soles are full tread depth unlike the prior tires. I will replace with these again if I have the truck long enough. If you want an AT tire that is SUPER road friendly but still totally capable for some fun off road, no questions I recommend these.

Replacing Designation A/T Tires

I purchased the Designation A/T2 tires with the hope that they will perform the same as the Designation A/T that I was replacing. These tires had over 57,000 miles and if it wasn't for winter I easily had enough tread for another 10,000 miles or so. They were nice and quiet on the road and pretty good in the snow too. Nice looking too with the outlined white letters.

Satisfied Customer

I have well over 220,000 miles on my truck now and this is my third set of Firestone Destination AT2 tires. I like them mostly for quiet ride yet have traction for rain ice or snow. Most of my miles are highway miles but I do get off-road every now and then in farm fields and the boat ramp too. I get around 20 mph fully loaded with these tires on vacation trips. I usually get around 60,000 miles on tread wear before I replace and do not run them smooth. All in all I'm very satisfied with their quiet ride and performance for what I do.

Mr. Sid

I sell a variety of tire brands and my customers rave about these tires, so I bought a set for my own personal truck. These tires so far are absolutely fantastic! Excellent in the dry, wet, smooth on the highway, and quiet running. I can't wait until it snows to try them out. No regrets about this purchase, excellent value for the money paid.
