These vitamins taste and smell awful. They leave a lingering aftertaste. I couldn’t handle them anymore and threw the bottle away when it was half full. Dreaded taking them daily.

Be aware that this multivitamin has crazy high levels of vitamin b and niacin and it has caused me to overeat like crazy for months and I stopped taking it and I don’t overeat anymore

Nasty, upset my stomach.

While the vitamin might work it has a bad pungent smell that latches on to anything kept near it in a day by day pill organizer as well as a gag-indusing taste that does the same as the smell.

Turmeric, beet root, and Eleuthero root have no place in a multivitamin and likely just make this harder on one's stomach than it should be. Look elsewhere for a multivitamin.
