The rice felt like it wasn't fully cooked, maybe just bad luck but haven't convensed myself to try it again.

Guys, learn how to make sushi rice!! Don't be ashamed. There are lots of recipes on YouTube. The rice is dry, hard and stale. It tastes terrible.
