Very happy with the quality. It did take 4 of us to lift the roof in place. All holes were pre drilled. Would have appreciated a 3/16 concrete drill bit in the kit. Very well packed in 2 long heavy boxes. We picked ours up at the store using a trailer. Only got a little mixed up on the correct bolt to use on the frame. I think the assembler got ahead of the instructions person. All in all, really pleased.

Entire product came in two boxes. Everything was precut and predrilled. Bolt and nut bags were clearly marked and included extras. I did need help lifting roof onto frame, other than that it was a one person install. I called customer service once to get a screw and nut replacement and it was shipped FedEx Ground and received in just a few days after calling. I recommend this product very highly.

Love this gazebo! I bought 2 for different locations. One for grill cover and another I put porch furniture under it and it was perfect. Took 5 hours to assemble with 2 people.

I bought the Saxony XL grill gazebo two years ago and assembled it by myself. If you are assembling it by yourself, I recommend assembling the roof on the top, unlike I did… This has withstood two winters in New England, with a lot of snow last winter. The Cedar wood remains very strong, clean (as advertised), and the overall product is very durable. This gazebo provides a really enjoyable way to cook in the outdoors without an outdoor kitchen. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice entertainment/grilling area with the right space for it.

Love the grill gazebo. We got a good deal at Sam’s Club compared to other retailers’ prices. Comes in 2 boxes, easy to haul in a pickup. Assembly was mainly a one person job, my husband was able to do it in about 5-6 hours over the course of the afternoon. Product seems to be high quality. Makes a great addition to our space. We added lights and outdoor metal stools.

I've had an excellent experience with the Backyard Discovery Saxony Grill Gazebo. The cedar construction is sturdy, attractive, and looks great on my patio. It provides plenty of shade while grilling and does a great job keeping the rain off, so I can cook comfortably in almost any weather. The assembly takes some time, but all the parts are well labeled and the instructions are easy to follow. Once it's anchored, the gazebo feels very solid. Just finished assembling this and we love it. I will be honest, the assembly is tough and there are a lot of pieces. It took a couple of days to stain/waterproof the wood - make sure to look inside the main posts as there are quite a few smaller pieces tucked in there. Once you are ready to assemble, ask some friends over. We tried this with just the two of us and it is NOT recommended. We are using this as a carport and it is so much sturdier and attractive than the metals ones we purchased in the past. If we wanted to use it as a gazebo later on, simply move out the vehicles. I dare the Nebraska winds to knock this down!!

Easier than I thought! Unfortunately, The cement patio wasnt big enough to accomadate the Pergola however, I had a professional make adjustments with the supplied materials. Took about 6 hours to complete and looks fantastic! On The day of installation, The temperature was 96° with the ," feels like" temperature around 104° with the humidity. But under the roof of the Pergalo, The temperature was 90° F AND the feels like temperature was 92° F. Needless to say, I'm very satisfied with the Pergalo.

The gazebo went together easily and looks great. Put most of it together by myself and just needed help lifting the roof on.

This Gazebo is beautiful. It is so well made. Definitely worth the money. It took 3 men 3 hours to put together.
