Absolutely the best all around household portable backup generator on the market. Quiet and powerful. Easy to wheel around. Gas or propane is super convenient. Easy to use with push button or remote start. Love the extra large gas tank (3.4 gal).

Bought this inverter generator to power my large chest freezer and my refrigerator in case of a power outage. The generator arrived and works like a champ. Noise is manageable and you can have a little louder than normal conversation easily right next to it. Plugged the chest freezer and barely made a dent on the power load.

Unless I missed something I did not find instructions for setup and break in procedure. It came with oil easy enough just be careful when filling, mine obviously had some oil left in it because it over filled and about 4 oz's leaked out. The remote is clipped onto the recoil cord. Connecting the battery needed channel locks, very tight. Charge the battery through plug in on control panel. Have it running my smoker right now, runs great.

I bought this in April after an extensive review of the other options online. The inverter came in a few days and after the initial setup it started on the first try. I have not yet taken in camping but look forward to using it often. I will also serve as a emergency backup at home if needed.

We experienced a 20 hour power outtage 2 days before Christmas, so I vowed to take the plunge and make sure were were never without power again. We received the unit much sooner than expected. I prepared the unit and gave it a good 5 hour "Break-in", varying the load as required. Nice, quiet, smooth running engine. It performed flawlessly as it did its job. Now 'm almost hoping for a power outtage.

This dual-fuel generator is more portable than you might expect. My husband and I were able to lift it out of the box using the built-in handles; but the real treat was the integrated collapsible handle and the wheels which made this unit very maneuverable. Love the dual fuel option; it switched easily from propane to gas when we shut off the propane valve.

This is a great generator, even if Westinghouse likes to call it "inverter' in its good included manual. All other previous comments I agree with, So 4 Stars why ? Well here is the INFO needed. The 30 amp output is NOT A 3 PRONG TWIST LOCK, as nearly all 'generators' come with, but is a TT 30r outlet, 30 amp travel trailer. Yeah it's in the manual. However all past generators, for me, have had a 3 prong twist lock (L5 30p) outlet. SO you need and adaptor TT 30r to L5 30p twist lock. Now all your cords will plug right in for power. This is also really meant to be set out all alone with a long card. As I have yet to figure how to add a tail pipe to the exhaust system from my motorhome's extended bumper mounting. It is nearly 200 pounds lighter then the 5000watt Onan it replaces. : ) And may I ask Who the Heel has the employee try to hide the Serial number to where you need lay down or have helper tip the thing near on end ? But yes I certainly recommend this Inverter : )

Just purchased and am pleased. Setup was easy. It will take a few pulls the first time to get fuel where it needs to be to start but after that it is quite effortless. The unit reads about 75db from a couple of feet away, but i was able to hear my phone that was sitting on top of the unit. Eco mode significantly quieter with no load or minimum load. The only issue i have is that it does not tell you how much oil it takes and you have to keep checking it as you fill to make sure you don't overfill. The oil funnel screws into the motor when filling which is nice. All in all, for the price point and functionality, this seems to be a good generator.

I recently purchased this product after much research. It has not disappointed, It is well made and offers dual fuel and multiple start options .Everything that I need to get up and running is included. The features... CO2 alert and pop out handle are a real plus.

Very pleased with this generator, definitely an upgrade for us to use with our RV. Electric start worked well, and started first push of the button. Generator runs well and is pretty quiet. The electric/remote start and the option to use propane were big factors in our decision. Have run the generator a few times with a variety of loads and am mostly through the break in period. Looking forward to lots of use when RVing this summer.
