Purchased the iGen2500DF 3-years ago for use with our Lance Camper as we traveled across country. It worked perfectly allowing us all the necessary comforts. Now just purchased the iGen5000DF to use with our larger 5th wheel and other family outdoor activities. Like all Westinghouse generators, they are amazingly quiet and hearty, while extremely easy to use.

I bought this for, at a minimum, two pieces of medical equipment. After doing quite a bit of research, this generator has everything I need and then some, including power to spare. The remote start fob is a huge plus and being able to use propane is really convenient.

Runs great, quiet, easy to start. The main downfall is that it is difficult to get to where the drain plug is for the oil. You need to have very small hand. Also, we would very much like to see the availability of the BERG cap for the gas cans. Aside from that so far so good. Loving that you can change from gas to propane easily.

Purchased to our camper, especially the A/C unit. I then used propanemake sure it would run the A/C due to propane does not produce as much power as gasoline. It worked perfectly. and having the electric start with a key fob great when camping. nother great plus is the EFI system as not to have a choke which can sometimes be tricky and end up flooding the .

I just brought the IGen5000DFc and I like it because of the electric start, the Dual Fuel capacity and the power it provides for my needs. The Fob was a good add on and the USB ports and the color blue really impressed the wife. The weight was a little heavy but the handle helps but so far it's a good buy.

Worked well for 5 hour’s yesterday. Easy to start manually. Electric start snd remote did not work, I think battery lost charge. But worked with propane and gasoline, able to keep my fridge, freezer and sump pump going on. Only problem, when I tried to restart before storing today,, unable to get it started. Trying to figure out the issue.

Have only given the unit a 30 minute test run powering our travel trailer. Started easily, remote and pull start both worked well. So far, so good. Can’t justify a higher rating until we’ve load tested on an extended off grid camping trip but based on other reviews, I think we’ll be pleased.

Purchased this generator a week ago. So far it works well. The only complaint is the oil definitely leaked out. It may be operator error if it takes overnight fo know how much oil is in it. Cleaned up and so far the leaks seem better but will need to monitor to see if it keeps leaking

So far this purchase has been a disaster! It does not have an internal battery and would not start on propane. Got started on gasoline after EXTREME EFFORTS. Currently there is an issue with the propane connection. It leaks and does not run - if the the gas is even pressurized, it will choke out the gas running. Where can I get this serviced. THE CONNECTION DOES NOT TIGHTEN - like it is disconneted inside the unit.

Good size for my home standby use. Manageable to move into position. Runs well with propane. Relatively quiet with add-on muffler extension. I like it so far.
