Purchased this generator to run power to our living quarters horse trailer. The quality is excellent and it purrs like a kitten and quite as a mouse. It powers everything in our trailer with ease. Love the remote start and dual fuel option. Great job Westinghouse!!!

It's sheer joy to wake up in the morning, press a button, generator starts, and the Keurig makes coffee. We wanted 2 things, dual fuel and remote start. This generator has both and is reasonably priced. Our only concern is a slight miss which we think could be due to high altitude.

Just got the generator. Put some oil and gas in, hooked up batter, pressed the button and on she came. Incredibly quiet versus my old generator with same power. I seriously thought about a Honda but this thing is just as quiet with same power. Very impressed.

These generators are awesome when new without issues but because of way they pack everything inside over time wires start getting destroyed.Everything is just so close the more you use these the more they fail.Yes they put wrap around the wires but because everything is just packed into unit to make it small and quieter, you end up getting rubbed through wires that short out or cause intermittent shutdowns to surging.Having replaced many inverter modules from wire rub through and shorting out to starters I just would not recommend any of these type gennys because of high failure and break down rates.This is same with cummins igen , westinghouse , champions....they all have same issues.when you have to basically take apart everything including flywheel just to change starters on these its just not worth owning because usually just about time warranty is up is when they begin to fail from poor workmanship and design.Most repair shops will just let them sit till they have nothing else left to work on.i have yet to open up one with 250 or more hrs and not find the wire covers where they have at least begun to rub which leads to hole then exposed wire cores where it has rubbed completely through.Design is just not best , quiet but just do not last.

I bought this generator in hopes that I could run a single generator to run all the equipment on my 5th Wheel RV. I ordered this and it came in perfect condition. I pulled it out and went through the setup by adding fuel, oil, and a few drops of Lukas Heavy Duty Oil on top of the piston head, hooked up the battery, and with one push of the starter button, it started right up! After going through a proper break-in of the generator I hooked it up to my 5th Wheel RV. I ran my AC, Microwave, TV, Refrigerator, lights, and fans, and this generator did not even blink. I am super happy with my purchase. To top it off it is quiet. I have a honda eu 2000i and my Westinghouse iGen4500 is similar in noise. That is impressive. Heading out to some dispersed dry camping and am thrilled to have this go with me.

I have had this a couple of years. Other than letting it sit too long instead of firing it up every month, this has worked great. Last night, with friend in need after no power all day, I pulled it out. Battery was low so didn't crank on the first two starts, but one pull on the crank and it fired right up. Ran all night and just refilled an hour ago. Keeping two freezers and a fridge running and my friend is VERY happy. I bought this for my RV and have run it with AC going at times just to exercise it. Never a problem.

I bought this iGen4500DF to power my RV. Even in Eco Mode it has no problem running my 15k BTU AC. It is very quiet compared to a non inverter generator, casual conversation can be easily heard within only a few feet from it and this was when the AC was running putting a load on it.

I ordered this generator last week. It was delivered upside down. I immediately unboxed and went through the start up process and it started on first try. I have not had an opportunity to run with anything connected but it was quieter than expected and I am Satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this two weeks ago and received it shortly thereafter! I broke it in by running it on partial power and changing the oil three times on one hour intervals! I found changing the oil to be very difficult! I hooked it into my circuit breaker box and powered the house with it! It seemed to work very well! Of all the generators out there I highly recommend this one! I like the electronic gauges and the fact that it runs on propane and gasoline! I found switching it very easy with barely a hiccup when it changes over from one fuel to the other! I love the remote starting feature! When hooking it to my circuit breaker box, it was very convenient to be able to turn it off and on from inside my house! Until I build a soundproof minny garage for it, I will bring it into the house after use! When I bring it into the house after use, I cannot smell any gasoline! If you click the cap on the tank it seals it real good!

I purchased this because of the dual Fuel capabilities. connected the propane to the generator and pushed the start and it did not start. The generator tried a second time on it's own and started with no problem. The auto start is a great feature. I ran the generator for about 20 minutes unloaded. I added a slight load of a fan and then added a 1300 watt heater and the generator was quiet and ran the heater just fine. The voltage was 120 volts. I would recommend this product.
