I was in the market for a generator to power my travel trailer A/C and this couldn't be more perfect. Not only will it easily power my A/C, but it allows me to not have to worry about using other AC appliances while it's running. It's also very quiet and I know I won't be bothering anyone that I'm camping near.

I just got this today. Added oil, connected battery, hooked it up to propane, and it fired it right up. It's been running now for an hour and I love it. So far I love it. Can't wait to go camping or wait for a power outage I'm ready. It's supper quiet and purrs like a kitten

Being a senior citizen, we were looking for a generator with electric start and propane power. This one fit the bill. It is powerful enough to run the medical equipment my husband needs and numerous other items. The best part is I can start it without having to pull a cord.

I bought this to take camping after renting generators for way too much $$ from the trailer folks that we have been renting trailers from. After doing lots of research on generator types, the difference between inverters and regular generators etc., I decided to purchase this bad boy. It's AWESOME. Our camping companions were jealous of how easily it starts, how much juice it puts out ON DEMAND, and how quiet it is. I ran it on Eco Mode the whole time and never once smelled any exhaust. All the while it clicked on with the push of a button whenever we wanted the AC, microwave, TV, or air compressor.

I read a lot of great reviews on this generator. I like the fact that it has dual fuel options. I unboxed it and now have peace of mind that I can use gas or propane. I also liked the telescopic handle for easy movement and the remote control is a big plus.

I bought this generator due to it being rich with features. It is quiet, it has ample power for my use, dual fuel capability, remote start, three-ways to easily start it, a display panel with stats, lightweight and a three year limited warranty. I have owned one of the contractor generators in the past and they are so noisy you can't have a conversation anywhere within 25 or 30 yards of it. The Westinghouse iGen 4500 inverter generator is so quiet I can stand right next to it and converse without having to raise my voice. It is quieter than a car engine running. I lose power, on average, a couple of times a week for two or more hours and a couple of winters ago I lost it for 4 days straight in freezing weather. It's not fun sitting around the house without even having a radio, much less a television or even charging a phone and only a flashlight for light. Now I can power some electronics and lights. At times I am not available to crank up a generator but with the iGen, my wife can flip the ON switch and remote start the generator without a problem. It even has an automatic choke built into the unit. It starts on the first try every time I have used it. Dual fuel was a big plus for me. Instead of having limited capability and having multiple gas cans sitting around, I can use my 250 gallon propane tank that is located just a few yards from my install location. Propane is also a much cleaner burning fuel and therefore it will not gum-up the carburetor like gasoline. I like being able to monitor my power usage and the led display panel shows power output, voltage and running time. For those that use gasoline, there are additional readouts that shows your fuel level in addition to remaining run time. The warranty being three years is probably as good as it gets. I spent a lot of time trying to find a generator that had all the features that I wanted. I could not ask for a better generator and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

We use this primarily for camping with our RV. It runs our 30 amp camper A/C and all other 110v outlets flawlessly. Glad for the dual fuel feature. We were camping last summer in Colorado above 8000 ft. The generator ran rough on gasoline, but perfect on propane. We seldom camp at these elevations so altering the generator to run at high elevations like the instructions said didn’t make sense for us. The propane fuel option saved us.

Only complaint thus far was the oil filling cap is hard to get to, and it is difficult to determine when enough oil is added. I ended up over filling, and making a mess. Have not carried a load on the generator yet, but I ran it for almost an hour to break in. Very quiet, and everything appears to be working fine.

I have purchased this generator, and have not been able to use it. It started then stalled then refused to start again. That's been over 2 weeks, I have reported it four times to the company and have received nothing but a stock email. We now have no power and no generator, and the emergency support line you are supposed to call when that happens does nothing. I feel taken advantage of and completely unsupported. Shame on you.

Looked for one with these features and found excellent reviews on this product. It works as described and quiter than I expected. Duel fuel is excellent feature and works flawlessly. Could not be more pleased with value this product provided for the money!
