I purchased this generator for use with my 24 foot travel trailer. Unboxed the product, filled with oil, then connected to my trailer. It ran the 15,000 btu A/C flawlessly and the noise from inside was unnoticeable. Very happy with this generator.

Easy to prep for first run. Started easily. I like the battery trickle charger. Over all very nice unit. The reason I gave this unit a four is that it louder the specified. Specified as "as low as 52db" but un-loaded with eco-mode on I measured 75db at 6ft

Igen4500df We have run this generator through a trial by fire. A week of 100+ F degree temp. in our travel trailer with the air conditioning running nearly 24 hrs per day. We used both fuel modes, gas and propane on the eco mode. It ran flawlessly and economically the whole time.

The generator is super quiet, and very powerful. It powered my 1200W widow AC unit and still showed 0% on the capacity Guage! I plugged in an air fryer instead and then it showed 10% go figure. I used the 30A outlet, and heavy duty cord adapted to fit household plug. Overall, extremely satisfied with this high quality and dependable generator.

Followed initial start up procedure and upon adding fuel, it started leaking everywhere. I found the main line from the fuel tank was completely disconnected. This could have been a major fire hazard and we feel this should be taken up with higher ups and we should be credited for us having to FIX something that should have been right from the factory. Westinghouse I expect you will contact me and or respond to my complaint.

Put oil in, got the battery in, gasoline-instructions were pretty good. Started on the first pull. Did remote start, electric start, and pull cord. all worked flawlessly. Plugged rv into it and ran for a few minutes and everything worked like it should. Will put it to the test next weekend. If everything works like it has so far I'll be even a happier camper than I am now. Haven't tried propane yet, but really have no concern about whether or not it will work on that. Very satisfied so far.

I bought the iGen 4500DF for the dual gasoline/propane feature so I would always have backup fuel. I also like the running and peak watts to run my air conditioner, residential refrigerator, micowave, and television simultaneously. It is quiet and the remote start is a bonus.

The generator was easy to set up and get running. It worked well for us when they had to shut our power off to upgrade our breaker box. It started right away and didn't have any issues. We ended up having to run it for about 10 hours, and it hummed along nicely. The noise level was nice, and was barely audible through our closed back door about 15 feet into our back yard. We plan to use this mainly for camping, but also for backup power for our fridge in the event of a power outage. It so far has worked nicely for us.

I used it for the first time this past week at a dry campsite in NY State. It worked flawlessly except I left the battery power switch on and it drained the battery. I'm a little annoyed that the recommended solution to fixing that problem is to plug it in to 110v AC power. Kinda hard to do that when you don't have power. I got a good chuckle out of that. It would be nice if there was some kind of audible alarm that lets you know the switch is still on after the generator has been turned off to avoid this exact situation.

I bought this after Hurricanes Helene and Milton came through our area. Why? Our old generator worked well but was too noisy for us and our neighbors to sleep. We ran out of gas, and no gas stations in our area had power. The few running on generators had lines a mile long. This Westinghouse model is super quiet and runs on gasoline or the propane I use for my grill. The remote start is a convenient bonus. Super product!
