Perfect TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a tv to go in our new kitchen but the size and quality of the tv was very important. Searched for some time until we found this Samsung. Since we have owned over 10 Samsungs over the last 20 years (none failed, we just kept getting better picture quality and larger) we knew it would last. It fit perfectly.

Thoroughly pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this TV as a Christmas gift for ourselves last year. Whenever buying a big ticket item I do a lot of in-depth research. After doing due diligence on 75" TVs I decided that this Samsung would be the best bang for our buck. Samsung did not disappoint. First off, the setup was quick and painless. Although there are many items that can be tweaked, the menus were very intuitive and easy to understand. We've also been more than pleased with the picture quality The 75" is perfect for the size of our family room and the picture is bright and crisp from any viewing angle. We also love the vivid colors that it produces. All in all, we are very pleased with, and highly recommend this TV.

Great TV for the price for premium range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have great picture quality and brightness. Could be better at getting more black/dark pixels but other wise it's awsome. Great sound to add with theatre system, but with micro lag when you have both speaker system on.

Samsung gaming hub for the win.

I bought this tv specifically to be able to play Xbox Game Pass on tv as well as Geforce Now and other options. I have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend for a gamer that doesn't have or want a pc or console. Hook it up with a Samsung soundbar for Q-symphony. You will not regret the decision when watching the newest film in 4k or playing the newest game.

Huge, cool TV/Smart device

It's like being at the movie theater. 1 day we were exploring and discovered Samsung TV, awesome bonus to having this smart TV. All the apps are user friendly.

Affordable QLED tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a movie lover and casual gamer, this was a great investment for our family room. My family enjoys watching movies in high definition, especially the little ones. Picture quality is great for 4K movies, and especially "up-res'd" high definition shows. The pairing of the TV with my Samsung home theater sound system, really makes the movie experience more enjoyable. My kids and I enjoy playing games in 4K, its clarity is second to none.

Simply the best tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 65 inch and a 55 inch I genuinely love this TV. The remote is the easiest remote to use it's the best Samsung remote out there. Samsung‘s interface on their TVs are the best extremely easy to use not frustrating. It's easy to hook up sound bars video games. The picture is fantastic I'm not normally a big notice or of small things but you can tell the picture is better than 85% of TVs out there.

My Samsung TV experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family is pleased with our Samsung TV within a our house. The device has all apps that we need such as Peacock, HBO Max, and Amazon. My daughter uses it with her Nintendo, it interfaces with my Wifi network to access network devices, and the picture quality is impressive. My only complaint is that it loads slowly on some occassions after I turn on the device. This happens with another Samsung QLED TV that we have and I have not been able to figure that out the root cause. Otherwise, I am happy with the technology that Samsung offers year after year with its products.

Good enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a TV it works great on term of image quality and sound. As an Smart TV I wish it would more seemeasly will connect to other smart devices and really make smart TV a reality. The Tizen OS is not the best on it.

Terrible Customer Service

The worst customer service, been a long time Samsung customer but after my experience here, never again! I purchased this tv in 60” at the end of November 2022, the tv went on sale with a price decrease of over $300 within two weeks of my purchase (December 9th, 2022). I called Samsung and was advised that they will not price adjust. I asked to escalate this and was told a supervisor/ manager will call me back to discuss, i've called multiple times but no one has ever called me back, it's been ongoing for two weeks, even with my regular follow ups! Shame on Samsung!
