I would have given it a 4 but for some reason now when I go into the smart functions it has lost my cable set up and I have to go through small hassle of looking for the source again which can be frustrating. The speakers are not that great and I find the best sound when hooked to my surround system.

I bought this tv specifically to be able to play Xbox Game Pass on tv as well as Geforce Now and other options. I have not been disappointed. Would definitely recommend for a gamer that doesn't have or want a pc or console. Hook it up with a Samsung soundbar for Q-symphony. You will not regret the decision when watching the newest film in 4k or playing the newest game.

However, after using this product for over a week, i see why Samsung is best! It was very easy to set up, the smart functions are great! When at work thinkingn "Did i leave the tv on?" No problem with this as i can check via the app! The picture quality is great and sound is as good as a soundbar! This is THE TV!1

The sound quality is not as good as a Sony or LG, but we knew that ahead of time and chose picture quality over sound. It's easy to use and comes with a number of wonderful extras that are standard in the price. We love the remote powered by a solar battery. Go ahead and purchase this TV. You won't regret it!

I bought this 2 days ago and am very pleased with the picture. Sharp clear and bright colors. It easily hooked up to my 3 year old Samsung sound bar. The remote doesn't work too well with my Telus optic TV set top box as it WILL change channels but doesn't give me my recordings and "on Demand" programs, so I have to use my Telus remote for those. That's a bit of a pain having to have 2 remotes available

The tv picture quality is very good. I like that the remote is solar as well as usb chargeable. But it's not as smart as I would expect it to be. I use some of the apps for watching tv and it doesn't load half the time or it freezes so I end up deleting and reinstalling the apps several times. I only bought it in October 2023 so I would have thought it would work better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family is pleased with our Samsung TV within a our house. The device has all apps that we need such as Peacock, HBO Max, and Amazon. My daughter uses it with her Nintendo, it interfaces with my Wifi network to access network devices, and the picture quality is impressive. My only complaint is that it loads slowly on some occassions after I turn on the device. This happens with another Samsung QLED TV that we have and I have not been able to figure that out the root cause. Otherwise, I am happy with the technology that Samsung offers year after year with its products.
