Doesn't completely erase the marker.

I have never used a whiteboard or dry eraser, so I have nothing to compare it to. But I don't like the eraser because it does not completely erase the marker no matter how hard I press. Disappointed.

reply from Expo Markers Team

Hi. Sorry to hear about your experience. Some film boards stain easier than higher quality boards. If ghosting or staining remains, you could use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a clean, soft towel. For further assistance, please give our consumer care team a call at 1-800-346-3278. For your convenience, we are available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST.

I recommend this eraser.

This white-board eraser erases dry-erase writing cleanly. I stuck a magnet onto the back of my eraser so it will stick to my magnetic whiteboard and I can easily access it.
