Kindly be advised that erasability is dependent on the quality of the board or marker surface. Following these steps should result in partial or complete removal of stain or ghosting: Erase as much ink as possible without scratching the marking surface of the board, then use Expo Whiteboard Cleaner. If ghosting or staining remains, you could use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a clean, soft towel. If you need further assistance, please reach out to EXPO directly. We'll be happy to help!
