Frozen 2 Half Sheet Cake

I ordered this cake for my daughter birthday and when I picked it up, it wasn’t the colors I chose , they made it all white and when I complained they said they don’t have blue color which was the most important on the cake, ruined my girl birthday at the last minute, horrible service ever !!!never again !!!!

The writing is so bold and  elegant for my 4yr olds frozen birthday cake!!

I make all my grandkids their birthday cake.  I was very busy and decided to order it. Cake was simply basic but wasn't super fresh tasting.  Tasted like a food lion cake thats been sitting there a while.  I use to order sam club cakes back when they did cake and cupcake together.  Somewhere the bakery has fell off. I told my granddaughter i owe her another cake because this definitely wasn't it. Lesson learned. The 2 stars was for edible.

Needsi improvement

The chocolate cake was delicious and we loved the taste of the icing (it's not whipped, which I don't like). However, the image for the half sheet size was two pieces, and they did not line them up very well, and the image sheets were not keys down flat so it looked a little wavy. Also wish the "happy birthday (insert kid's name here)" stood out a little more- it blended into the image too much.
