Basketball Cupcakes, 30 ct.

I didn’t get what I ordered.  I placed a special order and didn’t get what I ordered. Very disappointed!

Baking associates were terrible. Weren’t helpful when ordering and asking to customize. We chose basketballs. When my husband went to pick it up they had no decorations because they ran out of basketballs (mind you this was for my 4 year old’s bday party) and they never called to tell us. They handed him bare cupcakes and he requested decor/toppings. She handed him the Spider-Man toppings to put on ourselves. He had to ask them to do it which is crazy, rude and lazy

Terrible experience

I purchased 150 cupcakes customized basketball cupcakes. They were shown in the picture as orange and white frosting with basketball candied pieces they came red and white which messed up our color theme for my basketball banquet which was orange, black and gold. I was soooo disappointed.
