We had them with our Christmas dinner. These crab cakes are made here in Mobile by a family owned Seafood company. We loved them and will be buying more. My wife knows how to cook them.

We cooked them extra and they were still not very firm, more shell than I’d like to deal with and just overall kind of bleh. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t buy them again.

My Kids love these! I see people writing reviews that they don’t get crispy and break apart when removing from pan. Trick is...place them on a slightly greased pan, cook them for the required time in oven, and then put them under the broiler just for a bit! Voila! Crispier crab cake that doesn’t fall apart!!!

Bought these a couple of weeks ago along with Sam's fresh crab cakes for comparrison. These frozen were every bit as good as the fresh ones.........especially with the Panco. Not to say that these are as good as what I experienced on Cape Cod but very good for Michigan. Definately going back for more!

I'm surprised at so many negative reviews. I can only assume that those reviewers don't know what a good crab cake is. I grew up around the Chesapeake Bay and the crab cakes in the restaurants there are among the very best. These crab cakes are very close to those. And the price is incredible.

So, I literally just finished trying these crab cake 20 minutes ago. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the size of these crab cakes are really good. Other than that, I feel like I need to go to the pharmacy to get something for my high blood pressure. Did I mention that my blood pressure is normally low. I could barely get through a cake without drinking an entire bottle of water. Full of salt! BTW, I counted 4 shells in my 1 crab cake. If you have heavy dental work, I would advise you think twice before you end up at the dentist due to biting into a shell. My verdict... SKIP IT!

These make for an instant appetizer or quick meal by themselves. Easy to cook, put them in the toaster oven from frozen and ready soon after. They are a bit salty though. Crab meat is visible inside and the quality is there as well. Elevates any meal, like you're eating at a high end seafood restaurant... but at home on a weekday. Overall, good bang for the buck.

These have a good taste but way too many small bits of shell. I’m from the East Coast and when crab cakes have shell in them they are using left over crab meat after the main pieces have been processed. I will not buy these again for fear of chipping a tooth.

Bonus star for keeping their shape during cooking process however the taste was not good. My family loves cran cakes ansmd these were not good. They had a strong fish taste and the aftertaste left in my mouth was even worse. We ended up tossing them way, not even my husband who is not a picky eater and hates to waste food couldn't eat these. Bummer.

They didn't taste terrible, nor did they taste great, they just tasted overwhelming fishy. They also smelled strongly of fish. It makes me wonder if they had not been in the freezer for too long or something.They're crab cakes, not fish cakes after all. I don't know. It weirded me out, and I don't think I would ever repurchase these.
