I hate that I wasted money on these horrible crab cakes. I've been eyeing them for months and from the picture I should have known better because you can see the few good pieces of crab meat the rest of the meat is shredded like tuna and full of breading filler. Horrible, lack of flavor and dry. Just plain old nasty and cheap tasting.

Okay, so why the negative reviews? I just finished diving into two of these tasty delights. If I weren't so full I would've cooked a 3rd one! They're THAT delicious! FULL of crab meat, a little scrumptious filling, and a nice amount of diced green peppers, red bell peppers, onions, and something else to make the flavor make your palette overjoyed with happiness. The crab meat is PLENTIFUL. They don't skimp on it one bit. I pan fried mine SLOWLY in butter with a sprinkle of garlic powder. Mmm, mmm, mmm and I'm not sharing!

These are the worst crab cakes I've had in some time. They don't taste like crab, lack any real flavor and have shells. Plus, they completely fell apart in my air fryer. I've had better tasting crab cakes for $1 a pop from my local grocery store's deli department.

I love crab cakes but don’t get out much and therefore don’t have them often. I was pleasantly surprised with this pack of cakes. The size is great, the shape stays together and the taste is wonderful! I cooked them in a toaster oven. I lined the little pan with foil and sprayed some olive oil on the foil. They were so good! They reheat well also. I was happy to see chunks of crab... nice ones too! I’m stocking up because I’m not sure these are a year-round item.

Bought these based on the photo and statement "wild caught Crabmeat" that was printed on the box. When you are purchasing processed foods I know the product inside will differ a little from what you see on the box but these crab cakes were not even close. They were very nasty. The cakes were filled with strings that could have been crab but tasted more like Tuna and there was so much filler that it was like eating water soaked bread with hair in it . The taste of mayonnaise was very strong and the fishy smell and taste was overpowering. I have never had crab cakes that tasted so bad. We tossed most of the product and will NEVER buy them again and will be leery of anything under the Member's Mark brand.

I bought a box of the Members Mark Wild Caught Frozen Crab cakes to try them out. Because of the price, I decided to try them out before serving them to my guests. The crab cakes are delicious. Until I'm able to return to Sam's Club and stock my freezer with several boxes. I cant post my review on TikTok for fear they would sell out. This product receives my 2 thumbs up.

In the past any item which is Sam's Choice is usually 5 stars. These crab cakes were super salty and all you really tasted was the breading not the crab. Really surprised how bad they were and ended up throwing away most of them because nobody liked them. I love Sam's Choice items just not the crabcakes.

I guess at $2 a crab cake, you get what you pay for. I don't even mind that it's way more breading than crab...it tastes like bad, cheap crab. I hope I can finish the box, but odds are they're gonna sit in the freezer until they're hopelessly freezer burnt and I toss them out.

These were sooooo good. I bought them before reading the reviews. And then I read the reviews one day before attempting to finally make some. Most reviews were pretty good. But I’m a huge critic, so the very few bad reviews still had me concerned. I threw two in the oven and when they were done....OOOOH WEE!! I’m sad there’s only 6 a box. Between me and my boyfriend they will be gone in like 2-3 days. I will be grabbing 2-3 boxes next time.

My husband bought these crab cakes for me and I? was so excited to eat them. I? live in Kentucky but I? was raised in Maryland. We don?t get crab cakes in Kentucky. We baked them and all I? could taste is fish, and not good fish. It tasted like super fishy smelling fish, I? kept eating it trying to taste crab. I? never tasted crab at all. Don?t waste your money on this product. You are better off buying the Sams club crabmeat and making your own crab cakes.
