High Quality Ghee

I get it nobody wants to work but when I order something and its broken open in shipping for lack of packing care Sam's your losing in that department. Your instore organic section it not real great. Good thing theres you dont have a close competitor. You better step up your game. I think Cosco is doing a better job! I dont like ordering online from Sams its the same story every single time. No bubble wrap no care given every single time broken items. I'm going to be thinking twice before i renew my club membership. Sam's is getting really disappointing!

I was very excited to find this huge tub of Ghee for such a great price. Disappointed is an understatement! Upon opening i immediately noticed the scent which is like a burnt rubber and plastic smell. I decided to try it anyways because maybe the taste would be better....wrong. It tastes exacly how it smells. These items were shipped in cooler months and kept at 70° inside my house so I know they couldn't have gone rancid. For over $20/tub I am very disappointed. Save your money!

Didn't need it right away so I put it in the fridge for a month or so. Took it out and I see that it's separated. I've never seen Ghee do this before and I've stored Ghee in the fridge up to a year and a half. I'm not actually sure that it's 100% Ghee. It looks exactly like what you get when you melt butter. It's separated into solids and liquid. Not sure what I'm going to do with it, but I'm going back to what I used before that doesn't separate.

As someone who have been using Ghee day in and day out for over 40 yrs, I am appalled when I brought this stuff and used it for cooking. It looked good quality… but had absolutely no aroma that is typical of ghee. We even tried re-clarifying it. Anyone who has used home made ghee would know that this is nothing close to it. Zero aroma upon melting or using with brad or rice or whatsoever. Those who have giving 5 stars are calling it butter. If you are from Indian Subcontinent dont waste money on this profuct.

I've never had Ghee before and seen this here at Sam's and thought I would try it. It tastes like the plastic jar and none of us liked it. I don't know if it absorbed flavors from the container or not, but if this is what Ghee tastes like, I'm out.

Carrington Farms Ghee. 54oz I bought this ghee from Sam's Club online. It doesn't look like true ghee for 3 reasons. 1- Taste, this has no taste of ghee. 2- smell , no smell of ghee 3- it makes lot of smoke during cooking and frying. Ghee has high smoke point so true ghee does not make much smoke but with this gher when I make pratha, whole house is full of smoke. I don't like it and zi will not buy it again. Sam's Club should not sell it.
