This is my first time trying ghee and I love it! My white rice was delicious, as was my omelet. I used it on my toast, steamed vegetables and corn on the cob! I am planning to bake in lieu of oil. Very satisfied.

I use this Ghee for replacement of oils in recipes, such as my homemade bread. Also on toast, butter vegetables, and to fry up food. Its a great product. Great Price!

As someone who have been using Ghee day in and day out for over 40 yrs, I am appalled when I brought this stuff and used it for cooking. It looked good quality… but had absolutely no aroma that is typical of ghee. We even tried re-clarifying it. Anyone who has used home made ghee would know that this is nothing close to it. Zero aroma upon melting or using with brad or rice or whatsoever. Those who have giving 5 stars are calling it butter. If you are from Indian Subcontinent dont waste money on this profuct.
