This is a great value..54 oz f grass fed ghee.  Lactose free, and great taste....easy to cook with with high heat tolerance.

Wonderful product

I like it a lot for cooking and spreading. It has the flavor of butter without the undesired carbs. It's great that does't need refrigeration.

In my opinion, this does not live up to the standards of what ghee is supposed to be. It is very liquidy at room temperature. I had to use a spoon to get any out of the container. The gjee is supposed to be fairly softly solid to be able to use a knife or fork; this was not the case.

Unfortunately, this item is nonreturnable. So, I will finish using it, but will never buy this again.

I only purchased this because my regular ghee that I purchase only has the small containers, and I wanted a big container.  Well, if my regular one is only available in the small containers when I am done with this one, then I will go back to it and purchase at the smaller one.
