I hope Sam's Club keeps this in stock forever. The price point is fantastic for this amount of Ghee. I love that it is shelf stable meaning that you do not store this in the refrigerator. I love using this Ghee when cooking because it can take the high heat without burning/smoking like butter or olive oil and with a butter flavor. I love using this Ghee for cooking popcorn on the stovetop (just a little bit of this Ghee and some popcorn kernels with some additional Ghee melted on top makes great healthy popcorn). I love using this Ghee in my bullet proof like coffee (by adding a tablespoon or two to my coffee with a little bit of half and half then using my cheap battery operated milk frother to blend it up into a creamy morning treat that truly keeps me going and not hungry into the afternoon way better than just coffee with my beloved half and half). I'm trying to get processed seed oils (like canola oil or vegetable oil) out of my family's diet and this Ghee, Sam's Club Avocado Oil and Olive Oil have really helped. Again, I really hope Sam's Club can keep Ghee at this size and price point in stock forever.

It does what is says. Good stuff and easy to cook with or baste meat for the grill. No complaints on first order.

Seal was broken and product had leaked out. Very disappointing! No damage to the box, just a weak seal from the mfr.
