This has been my go to breakfast for years. Don't know what you did but it is just awful now. Thin, tough biscuit and tough, FLAVORLESS sausage. While you stepped down your competition has stepped up with their maple flavor sausage biscuit. Jimmy Dean is shaking his head at this one.

I have been eating this breakfast sausage for a couple of years and really love the flavor and texture. However recently you must have changed the recepie. The patties used to be more crumbly, now they are more rubbery and chewy. They are still good but not as good as before. Bring back the old way of how you made these.

As a church cook and someone who often feeds large groups, I love the taste & convenience of this product. But why aren't there oven heating instructions on the box? It would be nice to hand this task to a non-cooking helper and not get 10 questions of "but how can I heat a lot at once?"

I have enjoyed your pre cooked sausage for years but could you please fix the packaging? There has been a steady down hill quality on being able to get the packaging open. It used to be easy to peel open but lately and especially today has been very frustrating to get open. All of the contents dumped on the floor because of how hard it was to open.

I like this precooked sausage. I usually make an English muffin sandwich in the morning. I do wish these were more the size of an English muffin (larger) and I wish they would make this with the sage pork sausage they make or the maple one, something with different flavor. I shop at stores in the 46410 area code.

INCREDIBLY salty. My daughter had purchased these and still had a little more than half of a box in her freezer. She was going away for the weekend and I was watching her dogs. She told me to go ahead and eat them if I wanted to because she did not like them. So I made some eggs, heat it up these patties and sat down to me. So incredibly gross - these things are inedible. I may as well have just fed myself a spoonful of salt with my eggs.

I recently purchased this product in the 26 pack. I thought I would get a decent piece of sausage but I was mistaken, these DO have a decent flavor by they are so tiny they should be ASHAMED to put the Jimmy Dean name on them! I will use these up and buy something else next time. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with these.

These taste dreadful! JD apparently added different spices than in their patties used to make sausage-and-egg biscuits and croissants. These have a sort of a spicy Indian cuisine flavor, making me wonder what JD is trying to hide. These patties are small and freeze together in pairs that can't be separated without first thawing. My usual sources for frozen, precooked pork patties have recently stopped offering them, but these are not an acceptable alternative!

Prepared in the microwave, these patties had a rubber texture to them. Prepared in the pan slightly impoves this, but the rubber type texture is still there. Prepared either way, the flavor of the sausage is not good. Almost a bitter flavor. Only reason I gave this product a 2 was that it does provide protein and it can be prepared quickly.

I have these for breakfast every day and used to buy them all the time from sams but ALWAYS Check the Best used by date on box. I got stuck with a couple boxes way past their date and they tasted Horrible . The last time I was in Sams 3 weeks ago the items they had were 10 Months past their best if used by date. Sams does a Horrible job checking dates on these items and it is only a matter of time until they get someone very sick from selling out of date items.
