You can choose to use it before, after or in between brushing your teeth throughout the day. I chose to use it only when I brush my teeth in the morning and evening. It’s nice and compact, light in your mouth and the whitening gel that comes with it is not over sensitive. I haven’t noticed a sudden change but feel that over time it might do the trick. Definitely worth a try and I am looking forward to seeing what it can do.

I'm glad I did, because I could see results after the first few times using it. It was very simple to use. After leaving the gel on for 30 minutes, you simply put the light on for three minutes, and that's it. You can also use it multiple times a day. I am impressed. I recommend this Crest WHT EMUL Light.

The applicator wand helps get the perfect amount of gel on all surfaces of my teeth. The gel stays on my teeth during the entire recommended application time. It great this doesn't have an overbearing taste to it while you're waiting for it to be done. The light fits comfortably in your mouth for the 3 minutes and has an automatic timer. I wish I could replace the batteries so you could just buy replacement gel and keep using it witputh having to buy a new light. I think with continued use, this could really whiten my teeth. I had no negative reactions to this and would continue to use it.

Just squeeze it and let it sit for 3 minutes and use the LED light and just go. It is better then the whitening strips and easier to use. I drink alot of coffee and soda and I noticed a difference immediately. Great product!!

Whitening toothpaste didn't seem to help much at all. I started using whitening strips & they work but sometimes are too sticky to deal with. I have been using Crest Whitening Emulsions for a few days now & can already see a big difference. My teeth are getting whiter. It's easy to use and I also like the LED light. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I left it on for 3 minutes as the directions say to do and I am able to do this up to four times a day. I only needed it twice a day to see great results I would highly recommend this product for that extra special touch.
