Having said that, the kit is super simple to use - just paint onto your teeth and use the LED lights for extra power. It's really that simple! I used to use the crest whitening strips every year or two, but with those I was always a bit worried they weren't making 100% contact with my teeth. Now, I worry no more! Highly recommend!

Instructions weren't too clear, so I had to watch a video or two online, about how to use the product correctly. The gel is a bit tricky to use and hard to keep on your teeth. I got tired of trying to hold my lips up, just to give the product some time to dry on my teeth. I'm not sure if you're supposed to do that or not, but it made sense to me. I didn't feel as if the light was necessary for this whitening kit, not sure what it's exact purpose was. My teeth did look like they lightened up a shade or a few. Honestly, I couldn't find 2 hours everyday to apply the product. It's recommended you use 4 times a day, but I'm still happy with my results.

It’s a little messy with the gel but you only keep the light on for a few minutes so it doesn’t get too bad. I did notice a little bit of whitening, but unfortunately not much.

It comes with a "wand" that you use to apply the paste to your teeth, and then comes the futuristic LED lights which supposedly helps the process. So far I have used it once and it seems to work very well. I plan on using it many times going forward.

It hardly takes up any space, and you can use it up to 4 times a day if you want quick results. I have super sensitive teeth, I cringe when I see people bite into popsicles. But I didn't feel anything with this. I feel like I've already seen an improvement and I've only used it a couple of times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried out the Crest Whitening Emulsions. The instructions are pretty easy to read and give helpful tips along the way. The wand is easy to hold and can hold a good amount of whitening emulsions. The tip of the wand is small and its easy to apply to your teeth. They say dispense the product liberally on the wand. It does get on your lips and at first its feels like a lot of stuff all over your teeth. But during that 30 minute wait it will disappear and you won't feel it anymore. The wand was hard to clean with soap and water. I had to clean it three times to finally get the film off the wand. The accelerator light was simple to use as well. It fits into your mouth perfectly. I had no gagging issues with this. You press the two sides on top and a blue like comes on. Just leave it in your mouth for about 3 mins or until the light goes off then you are done. On the directions it say you can apply this product up to 4 times a day for faster whitening results with out harming the enamel of your teeth.

I'm a daily coffee drinker so my teeth are not the whitest. This whitens without looking fake. I really wish I had taken before and after pictures but my coworkers and friends all noticed the difference!
