I purchased this at my dentist. The first time I used the light, it would not turn off for hours. I have used it two times since and it goes for hours without shutting off. I am sure the battery will run out prior to me being able to use all of the whitening product. I wrote Crest and they said I have to mail proof of purchase and get an itemized receipt from my dentist. I just wanted a new light. I am very disappointed that they can't just send me a new light since I sent them proof of purchase online.

You definitely do not see a difference from one try. You definitely have to keep using it multiple times to get the results you really are looking to achieve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since trying this Crest teeth whitener I have noticed a difference in how white my teeth are compared to before. Is so easy to use, just squeeze the product on your wand they give you and wipe it on your teeth real good, then use the led accelerator light for 3 mins and go. No need to wash it off your teeth because it continues working. Has no bad taste and didn’t aggravate my sensitive teeth like other products I’ve tried. The Pros outweighs the cons by far with the only con I found was I wish the wand had been a little better but I got it to work and I will continue using!

You can also use this product more than one time a day which is nice and it doesnt taste bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this whitening kit! It is so easy to use! You just apply the gel and leave on your teeth, you don't have to worry about taking it off. You use the LED light after 30 minutes and leave on for just 3 minutes which really does give you a noticeable boost. The light has enough power to last for the whole whitening cycle so you don't have to worry about charging it or getting a new battery. It even has a timer so it will turn itself off after the 3 minutes which is very useful! The brush is easy to use and you apply quite a bit of gel but there is enough to apply a generous layer each time. The thing I really love is that it does not leave my mouth, gums or teeth, sensitive. I don't notice any sensitivity at all! The other part that is wonderful is the taste, it is not strong and actually doesn't have much of a taste so it is easy to leave on! I would recommend this to everyone, it is so great!

I tried various whitening tooth pastes and the results weren't even noticeable. Did my teeth feel clean yes, but the yellowish color was still very visible. So I decided to give this a try, I was hoping that the combination of the paste and light would do the trick. The product was very straight forward and easy to use. I followed the directions and used it for 30 seconds for a week. I really wasn't expecting much but Wow! the results were absolutely better than expected. I would say the color was at least a shade and half better than what I started with. My smile is nice and bright and even my complimented me on how white my teeth were.

I used this twice a day for a few weeks and I really noticed that my teeth are whiter. There is no sensitivity with using the gel and the light. Application was easy, just spread the gel and let sit on your teeth for a few minutes, insert the mouthpiece for a little while and then get ready for the final dazzle dazzle!
