Just squeeze it and let it sit for 3 minutes and use the LED light and just go. It is better then the whitening strips and easier to use. I drink alot of coffee and soda and I noticed a difference immediately. Great product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this kit. It is very easy to use. I did not think the light was that bad. You spread the gel on your teeth and let it sit for awhile. Then, you use the mouthpiece/light for just a little bit. I could tell a little bit of difference after just one use. The more you use it, the better.

I found it super easy to use. I also had no sensitivity after use which was great! I would definitely recommend this product to both friends and family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really works and the light feature is very easy to use and clean. The only negative I have is that it’s kind of messy to apply. It doesn’t stick to teeth and pushes around as you’re applying. Wasn’t sure it was really staying on my teeth or not. Seems it did but not without mess and having to spit a couple times. It’s not a huge deal and it did make my teeth brighter white. So that’s good!

I've been using this for about 2 weeks and what a difference it made. My teeth are so much whiter than they were and unlike other whiteners I've tried it doesn't cause my teeth or gums to be sensitive.

Simply apply the whitening cream to the applicator, and rub on dry teeth, put the light in your mouth and press the buttons on both sides. The cream is thicker than the gel that is usually on the whitening strips, and when applying to dry teeth it stays in place well. Using the cream you can be sure to cover every tooth unlike the strips come in only one size. The cream tastes just like the whitening strip gel. The light automatically shuts off after 3 minutes so no need to time. This kit is very easy,quick, and convenient. I’ve only used it twice so far and can see a little results, after continuing treatment I feel confident I’ll have great results.

I have noticed a difference with my teeth, They are getting so white & not so stained. The tooth paste doesn't taste nasty & you don't need a lot on the wand. Very satisfied with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the flavor of this is a very minty taste, it doesn't taste too strong though and you can even use it if you have sensitive teeth. My teeth can be a little sensitive and this didn't bother them at all. When applying this you need to make sure your teeth are dry, I found out on accident by trying to apply it to wet teeth. It's pretty easy to apply it to the wand without putting too much and it's very sticky so it does stick to your teeth well. After it was on it almost seemed like it may have been bubbling up a little bit. I wasn't really sure if I should leave my mouth open or if I could close it while waiting. You do have to wait a good while, 30 minutes, before you even use the light part. It's a little awkward getting the light part in and keeping it in. You have to either hold it with your hand or keep your lips closed tight around it which can make them tired. After the whole process was done I could see less coffee stains than before I started after just the first round. Now after multiple uses I can definitely say my teeth are noticeably whiter than they were.
