[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using whitestrips from Crest and tried this out. It's really easy to use with the wand to get the gel all over my teeth. You leave it on for 3 minutes and it stays in place. The light fits in the mouth easily and has a timer. It's much quicker and easier than the white strips and has the same results after a few uses. Don't expect dramatic results after one use, but you will notice it after a few times! Teeth can be a little sensitive as I'm using it but it goes away.

Easy to use and also for a tip, blot your teeth dry before applying with brush as it helps it stick to your teeth perfectly! It definitely took away surface stains after the second time use. It did not once give me any problems or pain with my teeth where as other products like the whitening strips have done and made me instantly regret my decision. I would recommend to anyone wanting to whiten their teeth and maybe has a short time frame. This is to simple not to use. 10 out of 10 for me!

Having said that, the kit is super simple to use - just paint onto your teeth and use the LED lights for extra power. It's really that simple! I used to use the crest whitening strips every year or two, but with those I was always a bit worried they weren't making 100% contact with my teeth. Now, I worry no more! Highly recommend!

You leave it on for 30 minutes, then use the light for 3 minutes. It goes off automatically. I only used it a couple of times so far, but I can see a difference!

Usually, we just use brightening toothpaste, which just maintains whiteness. This product works, we've tried others and have wasted our money. After using it the 2nd time it got even a couple more shades brighter.
