Apply the included paste to included wand then apply to teeth, wait 30 minutes to allow whitening and then use the included light for 3 minutes. This product line is a much faster way to whitening compared to other brands I have used. I am very happy with the results I'm seeing after using for 2 weeks. No bad aftertaste. Definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants a whitening product with results.

Either they are plastic film that slide around, or they are paint-on gels that suddenly aren't around because of my saliva. I don't want to spend the money for a dentist whitening treatment though. I didn't expect much from this product. I was surprised that the paint-on gel DID stay put, and the light helped to activate it without making my teeth ache like UV light can sometimes do. And with routine use, I do see a difference! Nicely done, Crest. Impressed.

I had a little problem keeping the gel on for so long at first, but after a while it became easier. And because of how much it brightened my smile I didn't mind it at all. Everything was packaged nicely and it is very easy to use. I’m already seeing results shortly after starting to use it!

I bought this kit about 2.5 months ago and wow! If you use it 4x/day it definitely works. I backed off trying to use it twice a week and noticed the results wearing off. I still have a good bit of whitening paste left in the tube, but unfortunately the light has stopped working. I’m not sure if it’s defective or is only designed to last 10 weeks, but either way, that’s too much money for me to spend every other month.
