I do this before I put my make up on so I have more time to wait the 30 minutes without drinking or eating. Make sure you follow directions. But really easy peasy. Highly recommend. Love my teeth and this product really helped.

I have had stained and off-colored teeth for many years and I have tried products in the past that were not very effective at whitening my teeth. This product worked so amazingly well that I am no longer embarrassed to smile or laugh at loud. In fact, I can't seem to stop smiling! This is not difficult to use and the taste is not bad. It just takes a little time but the results are worth it. I was able to see a little difference after the first use but after using for 3 weeks my teeth are brighter than ever before!

You leave it on for 30 minutes, then use the light for 3 minutes. It goes off automatically. I only used it a couple of times so far, but I can see a difference!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The crest whitening system is so easy to use it literally just takes seconds to apply and it has a nice minty taste to the whitening gel. You have to leave the gel on for 30 minutes which isn't really to bad. I actually did house work when I was waiting for the timer to end on my phone. When it did go off I then used the light for 3 minutes on my teeth and that's it you are done no having to rebrush or wipe anything off your teeth it dissolves on its own. Now it did cause a lot of saliva in my mouth and the gel felt funny on my teeth especially during the first application. But it did get to where I didn't even notice it after multiple uses. I love that I can boost my whitening experience and use it up to 4 times a day. I have been using it for only about 4-5 days now doing 2- 4 times each day and I have seen a significant difference in my teeth you can tell a difference in just that short amount of time. I have recently kicked the smoking habit and I have been trying everything to get rid of the nicotine stain on my teeth and this is the only thing I've found so far that is actually making a difference in the appearance of my teeth. I am absolutely thrilled to have found this and will continue using it to see just how white my teeth will and can get with it.

I love how there is no crazy aftertaste, there is a light mint and almost cooling taste which is really nice. Systems I have tried in the past did not taste good and were very uncomfortable to use. So far I am loving using this.
