Clear picture when it works

the television has a great picture. i had high expectations for this tv as my 75 is awesome. however, this tv freezes, power cycles snd glitches. i have had my tv 2 weeks.

Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care For instructions on self-diagnosis tools, please visit: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/ You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds. it has gone crazy!

I have had this tv for 14 months. Suddenly it just started doing strange things, like change inputs, then says there is an error. It does not respond to the remote control, just does it's own thing until it shuts itself off!

Great TV/Poor WI-FI
