Turns on and off

After approximately 18 months of ownership the TV started turning on and off and the just stopped turning on. Samsung service said the board needed replacing at a greater cost than TV. When it worked it had a good picture and features.

Love the the screen sharing

Loving my Crystal TU7000 UHD 4K Smart TV

Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, we will utilize the self-diagnostic tool, which further optimizes performance, checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care. Voice Controller: Although the TU7000 does not have voice assistants built in, they do work with Alexa and Google Assistant external devices. You can connect them to your existing Alexa and Google Assistant devices to ask them to turn on your TV, change channels, control volume, and more. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you.
