I don't understand why people are putting the sandwiches in a air fryer when it clearly states for the microwave,I put one in the oven just to test it!my wife liked the microwave better because that is what they were designed for and they taste very good for what they were created for.so I give them 4 out of 5 stars.AND TO THOSE THAT FIND THEM UNPLEASANT GO TO POPEYE OR CHICK-FIL-A!!! OR GET UP OFF YOUR LAZY butt AND COOK IT YOURSELF

We bought this based on a review I'd read but should know better. The chicken piece is too spicy and not in a tasty way. That I could handle. The bun was too sweet and didn't have any texture. I will give the rest away and hope someone else will find something to like about them. Won't buy these again.

The chicken was rubbery & stringy. Not a fan at all. They’ve been sitting in my deep freeze since I bought them. My dad also bought some & said the same. Only he was smart & threw them away. I think I’ll do the same. I thought I might give them another try but… it’s not even worth it.

So overall the sandwich it’s okay. Taste very close to Chick-fil-A it does have a dill flavor somewhat strong taste but it didn’t bother me. The chicken is way bigger then the buns so yeah that’s that. Is it worth the money ehhh yeah if u have a big family. I made it in the oven & it turned out good. I baked the buns which turned out good.

I have read and heard rave reviews. I have had two sandwiches which were air fryed. The taste was wonderful, but the chicken was tough and had a lot of gristle in both pieces. I may have gotten a bad batch. If the chicken was tender, it would have been a 5 star review.

The bun is like half the size of the chicken, and the chicken is too thick. It cooks the heck out of the edges, but the middle is still cold. Flavor is very similar to CFA, but we will not be buying again. We'll stick to the nuggets... just wish they'd back off a little on the dill on those.

While I love both the regular and the spicy chicken, deserves 5 stars... the bun is just YUCKY, not even 1 star for that. I tried heating in the microwave, counter thawing and even the toaster. The bread is just nasty. Would love to see it on a ciabatta bun or waffles. I would recommend the sandwiches just supply your own bread.

We really do like the taste of the sandwiches but warning when microwaving for 90 seconds the wrapper leaves ink on the plate or microwave tray being used. Also the chicken doesn't heat evenly or completely. Everyone in my family has a different way they like to heat theirs up. Some remove all parts and lay them open on a microwaveable plate and the others in my family heat as directed and then just put the chicken back in for an additional 10 -15 seconds.

The chicken is tender, moist, and lightly breaded. Cooking temp and time was accurate. The only thing I did not like was the strong pickle taste. It was a bit much for me. I would like to try them on some Hawaiian rolls before I cross them off my "to buy again" list though.

I've had no issues in the past, but this box had 3 that were very bad texture like an odd crunch in the meat, like it's bad. and the odd thing is that the texture has been through the whole thing. take a bite from one end, bad. take a bite from the other end and same thing. What's happening Sams Club this is why I got a membership. I am recommending it based on previous purchases, if this was my first one I wouldn't get them again.
