Some of the sandwiches cook in the microwave just fine and taste great. Others not so well. Every sandwich has a different sized chicken patty. Some are small, some are large, some are thin and some are very thick. This inconsistency makes it difficult to cook properly. The box says to microwave 2 minutes. Some of the sandwiches cook fine on 2 minutes. Others will still be cold inside and require up to 4 minutes. Then the edges will be tough and inedible, while the center is nice and juicy.

Their chicken nuggets are the BEST, so I thought the chicken patties would be just as yummy. NOPE! Dry and flavorless. The bun is just gooey, gross and disgusting . I’d give zero stars if I could. I’ll stick to the nuggets and throw them in a normal bun. I’d return them, but I threw away the box.

I read all the reviews, but my family LOVES a certain restaurant that is supposed to serve "similar" sandwich so I bought these... I was so disappointed... My husband warmed one in the microwave and said it was ok. I made one in the air fryer as another reviewer suggested. There was a HARD chunk of "chicken?" in my sandwich that was inedible. My kids refuse to try them... Now I have a freezer full of less than mediocre sandwiches that came with a hefty pricetag for something no one will touch. I will add that the rolls these come on are TERRIBLE... just throw those out. I used a fresh brioche roll. The southern style nuggets and fries are a hit with my son, but not my daughter even though both love the restaurant version... u win some and lose some. This was a loss.

I was plesantly surprised by these! Took the sandwhich apart and air fryed the chicken for 9 minutes, flipping halfway through. When eaten, it tastes as if you are eating it with pickles, so if you don't like pickles, chances are you are not going to like this. If you are like me and love them, especially on your chicken sandwhiches, you are going to love these. I ddin't realize it comes with bread, i didn't use that. I ate mine with sweet Hawaiian rolls, topped with mayo and it was perfect!

I'm not sure what "Southern style" recipe they use for this but it is terrible. These as well as the Member's Mark Southern style Chicken Bites have the same terrible flavor. They need a much better recipe before I ever buy these again. It is a shame though because I like other brands Southern style chicken items.

My family and I did not like these at all. They only tasted like pickles. Pickles are fine but when you’re expecting chicken it should taste like chicken. It was like eating a giant pickle on buns that were soaked in pickle juice and then it all dried out.

The chicken was rubbery & stringy. Not a fan at all. They’ve been sitting in my deep freeze since I bought them. My dad also bought some & said the same. Only he was smart & threw them away. I think I’ll do the same. I thought I might give them another try but… it’s not even worth it.

I wasn't sure about these when I bought them... Too many disappointing Chick-fil-A clones made me expect yet another bland dry sandwich. These, however, are fantastic! Two minutes in the microwave and they are ready to go. I add a couple dill pickle slices, some Member's Mark Southern Style Waffle Fries, and Member's Mark Lemonade and it's a perfect and quick summer supper.

I kept waiting to find these in my club. Was very excited to find them a few days ago. How very disappointed I was. They are NOTHING like Chick-fil-A. It has no pickles, but the pickle taste is overpowering. The bun is not a soft bun, and the chicken a little tough. I won't be recommending them to anyone and definitely will not buy them again!!

Wish they would just sell the chicken patties by themselves. The patties are great and have a nice pickle flavor to them. The buns on the other hand are just soggy and not good. Wish they would just sell the chicken pattie by themselves so we could add our own bun without the guilt of wasting the frozen buns.
