Check expiration

I ordered this product through the curbside pick up option. I purchased 2/8/22. The product has an expiration date of 2/26/22. There is no way I can use 6 quarts that quickly. Usually these things have a decent shelf life. I didn't notice until today that I have been duped.

This product MUST be refrigerated! The online description says you can keep it in your pantry and "not crowd" your frig. WRONG! Look at the actual product.
