This mattress truly is Extra Firm, offering a level of support that ensures a restful night's sleep. From the moment I lay down, I can feel the firmness contouring to my body, reducing discomfort on my pressure points and spine. As a result, I find myself waking up feeling more rested and rejuvenated than ever before. One of the most noticeable improvements I've experienced with this mattress is the significant reduction in tossing and turning throughout the night. I absolutely love the plush cloud-like pillow top, it is incredibly comfortable and it conforms perfectly to the body’s contours to effectively prevent pressure points on hips and shoulders. I used to wake up with my shoulders and hips aching and never feeling really rested. Now with this Serta Beautyrest I sleep so well, no more tossing and turning all night, and I wake up feeling great and well rested every morning. It has a plush style top that isn’t too soft. This was a wonderful upgrade for my guest room and I am very happy to know that my guests will be comfortable and sleep well on this mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mattress about a month ago and couldn't be happier. My old mattress left me with an aching back every morning. Now when I wake up I'm no longer sore and I feel more refreshed. This mattress is everything from the design to the comfort. The thing I love the most is how much is put into the mattress to keep its nice comfort while being firm no more seeking end of the bed.

This is definitely not an extra firm matttress as advertised. During the first months we had it, it was fine, but now, not even a year since we bought it, the mattress is extremely soft, we feel like we sink in and it is causing us severe backpain and my husband and I wake up in the middle of the night to go sleep on our recliners. Also, there is no support on the sides, it seems we are going to fall from the bed. We contacted the company, but according to them the “depression” we have doesnt qualify for a replacement. This is our first and last experience with Beautyrest- we are very upset with the poor quality and replacement standards.

Immediately, this mattress was comfortable enough, but with a little bit of help, it shines! I added a basic 3" mattress topper, and it is an absolute delight to sleep on. I've owned it for three nights so far, and the sleep has been exceptionally restful. With my old mattress, conditions had declined to where sleeping on the couch was almost as comfortable

The mattress feels a bit firmer than what I would consider medium, but it’s super supportive and has enough give that you can sleep on your side. I’m both a back sleeper and side sleeper and I find it to be perfectly comfortable! I would buy this again and have already recom it to a friend. Great value and great sleep!
